CTS Turbo

We are pleased to present the cold air intake system for 'RoW' Market MK7 Golf 1.4TSI with EA211 engine. 

The CTS intake system is constructed from T6061 aircraft grade aluminum and offers superior heat disipation, improved airflow and cooler intake temperatures. 

The CTS air box connects seamlessly to the factory air inlet drawing cool air from outside of the engine bay, while deflecting radiant heat from the engine bay. 

Improving airflow and reducing intake temperatures increases power, and fuel economy, while reducing spool up time. The turbo and the diverter valve sounds become a lot more noticeable and make the car more fun to drive!

HP gain: 9-10hp

DESCRIPTION CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW GTI, MK7.5 VW Golf R, MK7 VW GLI and 8V.2 Audi S3. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. CTS Turbo is proud to release our B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing.  The OE plastic filter housing is quite fragile and is know to become brittle and crack over time.  Each CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing is constructed in house from T6061 Aluminum.  Not only does the B-Cool filter look good, but it works great.  We have engineered cooling fins into our design to act as a heatsink, which dissipates heat from the engine oil.

Installation is very straight forward and only required basic hand tools:

Drain oil from filter housing, use a 36mm socket to remove the factory oil filter housing, install new filter, install new filter housing o-ring to CTS housing, reinstall on the car and tighted to 18 ft/lbs, refill engine oil.

The CTS B-Cool Billet fits Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda models with EA113 2.0T FSI engines, 2.5L 5-cylinder engines and 2.5T 5-cylinder turbo engines.

This part replaces the OE part# 06D 115 408B and 07K 115 408.

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK5 R32. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our high quality silicones fit seamlessly with the OEM MAF flange allowing for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce an official release of our new K04 Upgrade for 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Engines. Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. With proper tuning and supporting mods, this turbo will support 350HP/360TQ!
