RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not offer returns for change of mind.
However, if you wish to cancel an order before shipment, a 6.6% order cancellation fee may apply to cover transaction and administration costs.

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CREDITS
We are committed to resolving issues related to the product's quality and accuracy. We will gladly offer refunds, replacements, or store credits under the following circumstances:

  • Major Fault: If the product has a major fault upon assessment.
  • Wrong Description: If the product's description inaccurately represents its attributes.
  • Differing from Sample: If the received product significantly differs from the provided sample.
  • Fitness of Purpose: If the product does not meet its intended purpose.

RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME
To be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit, you must submit your return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

PRODUCT CONDITION
The product(s) must be in brand new condition, including all original packaging and accessories, for us to process the return.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process refunds.

AUTHORISED RETURNS TIMELINE
Once authorised, please ensure that the product(s) are received within 7 days of approval to avoid potential rejection of the return.

DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
At our discretion, we may offer refunds following shipment. Please note that discretionary refunds may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%. Additionally, all return postage fees must be covered by the customer.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Standard warranty policy of 12 months from the delivery date (unless otherwise stated).

  • Covers manufacturing defects NOT related to installer error, modification, improper use, or vehicle failure.
  • Warranty claims resolved at VW Central's discretion.
    • Two options for warranty claims within 7 calendar days from delivery:
    • Customer pays 100% for new replacement part(s) to be shipped. Upon receiving and inspecting the parts, a refund will be issued (if the product is undamaged due to following manufacturer's instructions).
    • Customer ships the part(s) back to VW Central OR the supplier for inspection. Upon warranty verification, new or repaired part(s) will be shipped to the customer. If the failed part has already been replaced, VW Central will issue a store credit.
  • Warranty part(s) must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of the RMA issue date.
  • All warranty claims require professional workshop diagnosis / paperwork with a description of the problem/defect.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, including labelling, paperwork, hardware, etc.
  • Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
  • VW Central reserves the right to inspect products and may send them to the manufacturer if needed.
  • VW Central is not responsible for any damages resulting from product use.
  • VW Central will only replace the defective product purchased from VW Central within its warranty period.
  • Damaged or lost products due to improper use will not be replaced by VW Central.

 

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please notify VW Central Pty Ltd within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. Kindly send us clear photographs of the product and its exterior packaging, along with a detailed description of the issue, to [email protected]. Remember not to install an incomplete or incorrect product without obtaining prior authorisation from VW Central Pty Ltd, as this may result in you being solely responsible for any costs related to obtaining replacement parts or components. Please be aware that, at our sole discretion, we may request you to return the incomplete or incorrect product to the provided return address. Ensuring compliance with these requirements will help facilitate a smooth replacement process.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS DURING TRANSIT
Please report any missing or damaged items within 3 calendar days of delivery. Inspect all items upon receipt and keep the packing materials for shipping claims. Replacement part(s) will be re-shipped once the claim is accepted by the courier. Courier review may take up to 8 business days. If you require the replacement part(s) before this eight-day claim review period, you must pay for the parts up front. If and when the claim is approved, VW Central Ltd will refund the full amount for the parts subject to such approved claim.

LOST PACKAGES
If you do not receive your package despite the tracking information showing delivery, please inform us within 3 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will proceed with sending replacement products. The claim review period may take up to eight (8) business days, and if you require the replacement part(s) before this period, you must pay for them up front. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we will not provide refunds for any lost package unless proper insurance was requested for your order.

APPLICATION OR INSTALLATION ISSUES
If a part doesn't fit your vehicle due to an error in our listing, contact Customer Service for an RMA number. We'll investigate and provide a return label if needed. Ensure products are new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories. Verify compatibility before ordering, as customers are responsible for return shipping if the part was listed correctly.

WEBSITE ERRORS
While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product information or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders affected by such errors.
