    IE cone filters are specifically designed for high-flow and perfect fitment to the integrated velocity stack found on most IE cold air intake kits. This is a dry filter that can be oiled, however, we do not recommend air filter oiling on turbocharged or forced induction vehicles. The filter can be cleaned and re-used many times. If you find it difficult to clean your filter or find it severy stained, it may be time to replace the filter element. The latest in computer design and 3D scanning technology were employed during the development process for a perfect fit and maximum performance.     Delivering cold air to your engine is a must for making power. The velocity stack efficiently channels air as quickly as possible into the intake system. The velocity also functions as a solid mount for the air filter which means no intake pipes rattling on heat shields.

    CUSTOM HEAT SHIELD

    IE uses a three piece heat shield which performs and looks great. It effectively channels cold air from the front of the car to the massive performance filter. Furthermore, it eliminates the induction of hot air found in other locations of the engine bay. A second heat shield is mounted above the turbocharger to further protect against power robbing heat off the exhaust and turbo.

    DYNO POWER RESULTS

    The following power result data was collected on our in-house Dynapack hub dyno. Dyno chart is as tested at 4500 feet altitude with SAE corrected numbers. Before and after results are direct back-to-back comparisons on a full bolt-on stage 2 B9 A4 2.0T engine. The only change made to the vehicle between testing is the swap from a stock intake with a new clean air filter to the IE Cold Air Intake Kit. Dyno power results are approximate and may vary from car to car.

      Increasing your engine's power output often comes with modifications that require more RPMs to get the most out of it, such as larger turbochargers, tuned intake manifolds, and high-output software tunes.       DESCRIPTION

      CTS Turbo is proud to release our 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade for the Gen 2 3.0T, commonly found in late 2016-2018 B8.5 Audi S4/S5 as well as A6, A7, Q5, SQ5 and Q7

      THIS IS THE BOLT-ON STYLE PULLEY KIT. CHECK ON YOUR CAR FOR COMPATIBILITY.

      CTS pulley is a smaller diameter than stock. Stock pulley size is 63.25, the CTS pulley is 57.3mm; this will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins, increasing the boost pressure output.  Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.

      NOTE: CTS 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade must be used with appropriate “Stage 2” performance software.
      Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.

      Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.
