Please note for vehicles prior to 2008, you will need to upgrade your CAN Gateway or Steering Wheel Adapter Harness to prevent battery drain.

Steering Wheel Adapter Harness is required for all MK5 Vehicles with 8-button steering wheel.

This radio is NOT compatible with VW Polo 6C MQB Vehicles.

Q. Will this radio work with your Wireless CarPlay & Wireless Android Auto Adapters?
A. Yes, this item is compatible with both the Apple Wireless CarPlay Dongle & the Android Auto Wireless Dongle

Q. Is this item compatible with the Polo 6C?
A. No, this item is not compatible with the Polo 6C. The Polo 6C requires a different trim piece and a different radio.

Q. I have an MK5 GTI do I need to purchase a steering wheel adapter harness?
A. Yes, all MK5 (8-button steering wheels) will require the steering wheel adapter harness

Q. Will this camera work with an RCD510/RNS510 or RNS315 Radio?
A. No, this camera kit is only compatible with radios that support an AV signal not the 26-pin RGB Plug (as seen below)

RETURN POLICY

VW Central PTY. LTD. will accept returns for unused products within 14 days from the time that the order was placed. If a product is returned within 14 days of the original purchase date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. Any returns made outside the 14 day return policy time frame may qualify for a VW Central in store credit refund only (Note: Non-stocked items are NOT returnable after 14 days).

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The standard warranty policy is 12 months from the delivery date unless otherwise stated. VW Central PTY. LTD. will only warranty manufacturer related defects NOT related to installer error, modiﬁcation, improper use or vehicle failure.

All warranty claims will be resolved at the discretion of VW Central. VW Central should be notiﬁed ﬁrst of all claims in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
