We are proud to release the new our CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, MK7 Golf R, and B9 A4/A5.  As you may already know the TFSI fueling system has two separate fuel pumps, the LPFP (Low-Pressure Fuel Pump) and HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump).  While there are a number of options for HPFP available, including the Autotech HPFP, there are limited options for fortifying the low-pressure fuel system.  CTS has developed a fully integrated fueling system, which utilizes a Walbro 525LPH E85 compatible in-tank fuel pump that is capable of supporting in excess of 600HP.  If you’re looking for a fuel pump system to support all the power that your engine can handle look no further than the CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, Golf R, 8V Audi A3/S3 and MQL B9 A4/A5.

OVERVIEW

This plug and play harness kit is required for IE TrueFlex ECU Tunes for VW and Audi MQB Gen 3 engines. This includes everything necessary for the flex-fuel sensor to send real-time data from your fuel system to the ECU and adjust for any content mix from 91 pump to full E85 automatically.

INSTALLATION

This harness kit is fully assembled to proper lengths and includes everything needed to install in a clean and factory-like install. Disconnecting and cutting of factory soft fuel lines is required and should be completed with great care or by a professional.

TrueFlex is currently available for 2015-2018 MK7 GTI & A3 2.0T W/IS38. Stage 1 & 2, Golf R/S3, and 2019+ model years are coming soon!

The Forge Motorsport high flow intake hose for the MQB platform 2.0 engines, eliminates the highly restrictive plastic inlet pipe, and replaces it with our smooth bore multi-ply silicone hose which increases air flow, improving efficiency and performance. This equates to increases of up to 10hp which is a remarkable gain for an easy to fit bolt on modification.

The high flow male alloy coupler is a bayonet type, rotated to the locked position before fixing in place by positioning the hose on the alloy coupler and tightening the hose clamps at both ends of the hose, anchoring the alloy coupler in position to complete the installation.

Product Details The ECS Billet Aluminum Manifold Port Boost Tap Kit conveniently adds three boost / vacuum ports to your Gen3 engine for any of your specific needs. Located on the left side of the intake manifold within the unused side intake port, this location provides a strong pneumatic signal and allows for an installation. Through multiple design revisions and product testing, our team of engineers found that other methods of acquiring a manifold signal, such as spacing the MAP / IAT sensor on top of the intake manifold, lead to skewed data being transmitted to the ECU.
