The Integrated Engineering MK5/MK6 FDS intercooler system was built from the ground up to offer the ultimate in performance for your vehicle. It packs a very large intercooler core into the space available, a full 54% larger than the OEM core. We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo Stainless Steel 3″ downpipe with high-flow catalytic converter for the MK6/MK7 Jetta 1.4TSI and MK7 MQB Golf 1.4TSI with EA211 Gen1 and Gen2 engines.

Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance.  The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”.  The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing.  Highlights of our downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow.

IE DSG TUNE TECHNICAL FEATURES HIGHER SHIFT POINTS Utilize the whole powerband of your turbocharged Gen 3 TSI with IS20 Turbo engine without the DSG interfering and shifting early. DRIVE MAPPING REWORKED The MQB 2.0 TSI DSG is designed to a fault to keep engine rpm extremely low in drive. We completely reworked this, creating a more enthusiast-friendly drive mapping which shifts a bit higher. This eliminates vibration and that constant feeling that you’re lugging the engine. We’ve reworked the downshifting aspect as well, making the transmission much quicker to deliver power when you need it. Thousands of miles of testing were accumulated and a variety of users were polled to come up with this improved drive mode. INCREASED CLUTCH PRESSURE Increasing the clutch pressure allows for the transmission to hold more torque without causing clutch damage or expedited wear. With the increased torque, the acceleration will be greatly increased and launches will far more aggressive. FLASHED THROUGH OBD-II PORT There’s no need to remove the TCU from the car and it can be flashed in your driveway or through an IE software dealer. Additionally, having an IE PowerLink cables means you can install updates are they become available as well as read TCU and ECU fault codes. TAKE-OFF LAG REDUCED The clutch engagement has been reworked to reduce that annoying “DSG Lag” when moving away from a stop. IS YOUR STOCK INLET ROBBING POWER?

The factory installed plastic turbo inlet found installed on your VW or Audi Gen 3 1.8T or 2.0T TSI engine is adequate enough for stock cars with factory hardware and ECU calibrations. However, the necked down design becomes a major flow restriction when ran with power upgrades such as cold air intakes, intercoolers, downpipes, and ECU upgrades. 

UPGRADE YOUR TURBO INLET PIPE

The IE Turbo Inlet Pipe helps you to get the most out of your IS38 or IS20 turbo and power upgrades by removing the factory flow restriction. The cast aluminum design allows for a constant diameter elbow increasing efficiency from the intake to the turbo without the bottleneck design of the factory unit.

One of the most common suspension service items as they are easily inspected and simple to replace. Whiteline sway bar mounts utilise the latest technology synthetic elastomer combined with effective designs such as the internal bore knurling and grease retention lips for optimum lubrication and performance. Be sure to measure the sway bar diameter to ensure appropriate diameter mount bushing is selected.
