HOW THE WEBSITE WORKS
The Website offers users a convenient way to order VW and Audi automotive parts and accessories online. Users can select and purchase products at www.vwcentral.com.au. We use secure payment gateways including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Afterpay. By accepting these Terms, users also agree to comply with the terms of our selected payment processors.
DELIVERY, PRICING AND PAYMENT
Shipping and delivery depends upon product availability. Products are marked as follows:

In Stock — Located at an Australian warehouse and shipped immediately after your order is processed.

Direct Ship — Sourced from our supplier to VW Central, then shipped directly to you once received.

Drop Ship — Shipped directly from the supplier to your door after the order is processed.
For domestic customers, our standard shipping method is via Australia Post for In Stock and Direct Ship products. Expected delivery is 6–30 days unless stated otherwise. Delivery timeframes for Drop Ship items may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance.
Customers bear all shipping costs and taxes. Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the product and are subject to change if inaccuracies are discovered at the time of shipping.
Delivery is subject to product availability. We will make every reasonable effort to meet the stated timeframe, but all delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever caused.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the price listed at the time of your order, except in cases of pricing errors, which we reserve the right to correct. All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Return Policy.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave at checkout, VW Central will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.
VW Central and any contractors associated with delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from an ATL delivery. You agree to release VW Central from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from this delivery method.
If you do not select ATL, you will need to be present at your premises for delivery to occur.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
You may browse the Website without registering, but certain services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to keep such information up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
