CTS Turbo is proud to announce an official release of our new K04 Upgrade for 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Engines. Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. With proper tuning and supporting mods, this turbo will support 350HP/360TQ! Turbosmart's new Kompact Shortie Blow-Off Valve for the Mk7 takes performance to the next level. These valves are a high performance replacement for the Golf's standard diverter valve. Unlike the standard valve's plastic construction, they are machined from aircraft grade aluminium, and bolt straight up to the factory location, offering all the technology from Turbosmart's race-bred BOV range in an OEM-replacement package. The Plumb Back is a 100% recirculating blow-off valve, routing all vented air back into the intake. This valve operates at a similar level of volume to the standard valve, avoiding unwanted attention. Turbosmart's Kompact Shortie does not leak, bleed boost pressure or struggle with increased boost on tuned vehicles. It also completely eliminates compressor surge, allowing the Golf's turbo to operate to its full potential, and for longer.

OVERVIEW

This plug and play harness kit is required for IE TrueFlex ECU Tunes for VW and Audi MQB Gen 3 engines. This includes everything necessary for the flex-fuel sensor to send real-time data from your fuel system to the ECU and adjust for any content mix from 91 pump to full E85 automatically.

INSTALLATION

This harness kit is fully assembled to proper lengths and includes everything needed to install in a clean and factory-like install. Disconnecting and cutting of factory soft fuel lines is required and should be completed with great care or by a professional.

The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. ​Innotech's valvetronic technology offers a sophisticated perfomance exhaust system that delivers both power and dynamic valve control to the driver's seat. The full system includes the remote capability to command 3 different modes: open, closed, and auto. In open mode, the valves are fully open for maximum flow and power, creating an exotic tone. When the valves are closed, volume is reduced for a more low-profile, comfortable drive. The auto mode enables the system to detect the engine RPM and fuel pedal signal to automatically adjust the valve movements. Furthermore, the muffler internals were individually designed and produced for each different car models in order to perform Valvetronic technology. Each product has its own unique sound and performance to break out of the ordinary.

Options available for further sound and power increases include adding an X pipe, catless front pipe or high flow catted front pipe (COMING SOON)
