CTS Turbo is proud to announce an official release of our new K04 Upgrade for 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Engines. Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. With proper tuning and supporting mods, this turbo will support 350HP/360TQ! DESCRIPTION CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW GTI, MK7.5 VW Golf R, MK7 VW GLI and 8V.2 Audi S3. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. ​Innotech's valvetronic technology offers a sophisticated perfomance exhaust system that delivers both power and dynamic valve control to the driver's seat. The full system includes the remote capability to command 3 different modes: open, closed, and auto. In open mode, the valves are fully open for maximum flow and power, creating an exotic tone. When the valves are closed, volume is reduced for a more low-profile, comfortable drive. The auto mode enables the system to detect the engine RPM and fuel pedal signal to automatically adjust the valve movements. Furthermore, the muffler internals were individually designed and produced for each different car models in order to perform Valvetronic technology. Each product has its own unique sound and performance to break out of the ordinary.

Options available for further sound and power increases include adding an X pipe, catless front pipe or high flow catted front pipe (COMING SOON)

The famous EA888 engine is now at its 3rd generation, with its 2.0L turbo-charged engine, it continues to be a car with great tuning potential. The iPE Exhaust system is designed and engineered to enhance gas flow and maximize performance gain by 23HP and 39.2 Nm of torque. Highlighting the angry sound from the EA888 Gen3. This iPE exhaust system is handcrafted with T304 Stainless Steel to reduce weight by 13%(-4.0kg).



iPE Valvetronic system for the Volkswagen Golf R (Mk7.5) allows users to adjust the exhaust note through OBD II Hand Gesture Control Sensor or Bluetooth Remote Control Module. Furthermore, we also offer various motorsport-inspired exhaust tip upgrade options.

The manufacturer, importer or dealer shall not be liable for any incidental damage including personal injury or any other damages caused by improper installation or operation of the iPE exhaust system. When installing the iPE exhaust system be careful that the exhaust system does not touch other parts sensitive to high temperature.



3. iPE makes no representation or warranties with regard to damage caused by the improper installation, use and maintenance of the iPE exhaust system. The warranty is limited to defects recognized by our technical department and of normal use only, and excludes items subject to normal wear and tear(gaskets and damping wool). The warranty is voided in case of accidents, modifications, improper or competition uses.
