DESCRIPTION CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW GTI, MK7.5 VW Golf R, MK7 VW GLI and 8V.2 Audi S3. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. OVERVIEW

This plug and play harness kit is required for IE TrueFlex ECU Tunes for VW and Audi MQB Gen 3 engines. This includes everything necessary for the flex-fuel sensor to send real-time data from your fuel system to the ECU and adjust for any content mix from 91 pump to full E85 automatically.

Kit includes:

INSTALLATION

This harness kit is fully assembled to proper lengths and includes everything needed to install in a clean and factory-like install. Disconnecting and cutting of factory soft fuel lines is required and should be completed with great care or by a professional.

CTS TURBO TSI K04 UPGRADE KIT TURBO OUTLET PIPE
This Turbo Outlet Pipe is designed to fit our CTS TSI K04 kit and replaces the narrow ‘pancake’ pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle.

This Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25″ diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow.

The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap.

This pipe is designed to the CTS Turbo K04 kits but it may work for other K04 kits (other kits fitment not guaranteed).
