DESCRIPTION Direct fit upgrade for the factory BOV on Hyundai i30N Packaged with a blanking plug to switch the unit into pure vent to atmosphere or plumb-back modes All billet CNC construction and attractive anodized finish Manufactured, assembled and validated in-house at Turbosmart HQ A direct fit high performance replacement for the factory all plastic unit, the Turbosmart Kompact BOV suits the Hyundai i30N. The Turbosmart unit is made of billet aerospace grade aluminium with high temperature seals that allows for minimal leakage and a complete seal across the bypass aperture providing as much performance as possible.

Most commonly used to eliminate battery drain issues in Pre-2009 model Volkswagen cars when upgrading the radio to a later model such as the RNS510, RCD510 ,RCD330, RCD340 etc.

The Canbus Gateway Module, will require coding using software such as VCDS or OBDII.

The full system includes the remote capability to command 3 different modes: open, closed, and auto. In open mode, the valves are fully open for maximum flow and power, creating an exotic tone. When the valves are closed, volume is reduced for a more low-profile, comfortable drive. The auto mode enables the system to detect the engine RPM and fuel pedal signal to automatically adjust the valve movements. Furthermore, the muffler internals were individually designed and produced for each different car models in order to perform Valvetronic technology. Each product has its own unique sound and performance to break out of the ordinary.

Options available for further sound and power increases include adding an X pipe, catless front pipe or high flow catted front pipe (COMING SOON)
