DescriptionThe iPE Exhaust system for the Volkswagen Golf R Variant (Mk8) is designed and engineered to enhance gas flow and maximize performance gain. Highlighting the powerful exhaust note from its famous EA888 EVO4 engine. This iPE exhaust system is handcrafted with T304 Stainless Steel throughout the entire exhaust system to reduce weight by 25.5%(-8.2kg).
iPE Valvetronic system for the Volkswagen Golf R Variant (Mk8) allows users to adjust the exhaust note through OEM Valve operation. Furthermore, we also offer various motorsport-inspired exhaust tip upgrade options.
Note: This exhaust system does NOT come with the exhaust valve motors as shown in the images, please switch them over from the stock exhaust system.

Turbosmart BOV Kompact Plumb Back VW Golf MK7 GTI/R
Turbosmart's new Kompact Shortie Blow-Off Valve for the Mk7 takes performance to the next level. These valves are a high performance replacement for the Golf's standard diverter valve. Unlike the standard valve's plastic construction, they are machined from aircraft grade aluminium, and bolt straight up to the factory location, offering all the technology from Turbosmart's race-bred BOV range in an OEM-replacement package. The Plumb Back is a 100% recirculating blow-off valve, routing all vented air back into the intake. This valve operates at a similar level of volume to the standard valve, avoiding unwanted attention. Turbosmart's Kompact Shortie does not leak, bleed boost pressure or struggle with increased boost on tuned vehicles. It also completely eliminates compressor surge, allowing the Golf's turbo to operate to its full potential, and for longer.
