Our high flow throttle body inlet is designed it to be larger, but also more aerodynamic than the stock part. Our inlet has a 56% internal volume increase over the stock inlet. Using the latest CAD software, the shape of the inlet tract was flow optimized and cast from aluminum for best performance. All critical parts were CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment and performance.

We have also included our machined throttle body spacer from with two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection; as well and a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe. Custom-made silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps allow for seamless, easy installation.

Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. With proper tuning and supporting mods, this turbo will support 350HP/360TQ! CTS Turbo Blankets isolate the heat produced by your IHI IS12/IS20/IS38 turbocharger with the purpose of reducing turbo lag, cooler air intake temperatures, protecting and prolonging engine components, and giving a boost in horsepower.  In keeping the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger and away from the cool side of the turbocharger and the intake path, more oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, and thus, more power.

Each splitter is developed to become an integral part of your stock body kit, giving it unrivalled rigidity and strength so it can absorb scrapes and protect your bumper. WHY DO YOU USE POLYETHYLENE COMPOSITE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS? Strong, impact-resistant, doesn't corrode or chip, and has excellent abrasion resistance (eg. scraping on driveways!) WHAT ABOUT CARBON FIBRE? As strong and light as carbon fibre is, it cracks on impact or when under load and/or stress. Clearcoat will eventually fade or crack, becoming undesirable. USE OF ABS PLASTIC Please note that although all our precision-made ABS accessories are extremely strong and durable, they do not hold the same shatterproof label as our 10mm thick polyethylene composite splitters. The accessories are manufactured in ABS with the intention that they will be lighter, bolt-on attachments that will improve aesthetics and are easily replaceable if they become damaged from varying road conditions.

The CTS Runner Flap Delete allows for the removal of the restrictive intake flappers from the factory intake manifold. The factory intake flappers can be a substantial restriction in modified vehicles, the CTS RFD is a must for any FSI owner that wants to minimize airflow restrictions and maximize power to the ground.
