CTS TURBO 3.0T V6 DUAL PULLEY UPGRADE KIT (PRESS-ON, 187MM)
CTS Turbo is proud to release our 187mm Dual Pulley Upgrade Kit for Supercharged 3.0T V6 engines (press-on style).
The smaller diameter supercharger pulley and larger diameter crank pulley will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not drastically increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.
This kit features press-on style supercharger pulley. Check on your vehicle before ordering!
NOTE: This kit must be used with appropriate “Stage 2+” or equivalent performance software. Please contact your tuner. Use of upgraded heat exchanger is highly recommended.

Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back has been specifically to suit the 2.0L VAG engine Unlike the standard, plastic valves that use un-reinforced diaphragms and are known to crack under increased boost, the new Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back uses O-Ring sealed piston which, coupled with it's billet aluminium construction give it over 30PSI boost handling capability. Included with each Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back kit: Model specific valve, Mounting screws and Spring clamps.

These new Kompact Dual Ports offer an alternative to the existing Kompact Plumb Backs for the below cars, for owners who want the sound of a Dual Port BOV, but do not require the heavier-duty performance of the larger and higher priced Type 5.
The Kompact is suited to owners of otherwise stock or mildly modified vehicles, seeking the improved performance of an Turbosmart BOV with that classic vent-to-atmosphere sound.
The existing Kompact Plumb Back for these applications is ideal for those who prefer the quieter operation of a recirculating BOV, while the Type 5 is ideal for more highly modified cars running increased boost levels.
The VAG Type 5 Smart Port Diverter Valve features innovative new drive-by-wire friendly staging technology. This eliminates compressor surge at both low throttle and high engine load while smoothly integrating with factory engine mapping. At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the Audi 3.0T and 3.2L FSI engines. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our single piece CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 5-8HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.
