We are pleased to present the cold air intake system for 'RoW' Market MK7 Golf 1.4TSI with EA211 engine. 

The CTS intake system is constructed from T6061 aircraft grade aluminum and offers superior heat disipation, improved airflow and cooler intake temperatures. 

The CTS air box connects seamlessly to the factory air inlet drawing cool air from outside of the engine bay, while deflecting radiant heat from the engine bay. 

Improving airflow and reducing intake temperatures increases power, and fuel economy, while reducing spool up time. The turbo and the diverter valve sounds become a lot more noticeable and make the car more fun to drive!

The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design CNC constructed from T6 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized to reduce wear.

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise.  By removing the restriction you gain 6-7HP and improve the throttle response!

Our kit installs in 30 minutes with hand tools, fits perfectly and looks great.

Upgrading your IE 5" velocity stack intake with our harsh climate filter kit will further keep your engine safe when traveling on dirt roads, sandy beaches, or anywhere with dusty contaminants in the air. 

KIT DETAILS

This complete filter kit uses a 3 step approach to combat harsh climates. The filter has been increased from a 6 pleat construction to 8 pleats to increase cotton density. The cotton pleats are then treated with a penetrating filter oil to further catch and trap particulates. As a final measure, a pre-filter sock adds a final layer of protection over the filter. Together, these 3 barriers offer superior filtration for your intake system over our standard performance air filter.

RECHARGING

As the air filter does its job of effectively catching more particulates, eventually it will have to be cleaned and maintained. We recommend washing your cotton filter in water with a little Dawn dish soap, rinsing thoroughly, and allowing it to completely air dry. To replace the oil, any off-the-shelf filter oil kit from your local auto parts supply chain can be used. Do not over-oil the filter, a little goes a long way.

We are proud to announce the release of our premium ball-bearing hybrid turbo with stainless steel exhaust housing for 2015+ MQB platform vehicles.

This high-performance hybrid turbo was designed by CTS engineers to fulfill the demand from customers who desire a direct-bolt-on turbo for their existing IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbocharger. Instead of trying to stuff a CHRA from a Mitsubishi into a factory housing; we re-designed and cast our proprietary STAINLESS STEEL exhaust housing to accommodate a larger turbine wheel. The compressor cover was also custom made and profiled to accept a very popular TD06 Billet compressor wheel, this ensures the turbocharger can reliably handle 30+ PSI. We upgraded the CHRA to a dual-ball bearing which is made from heat-resistant ceramic. Finally,  we finished the assembly by balancing it on a VSR high-speed balancer.

This is a brand new turbocharger; no core or long wait times are required. Simply swap over your actuator and turbo outlet fitting for installation. Software tuning is required and it is available from most tuners.

With the exhaust system flowing better performance gains be achieved. Turbo lag should also be reduced as an added benefit. IE engineers guarantee a perfect fit by designing all IE downpipes in-house using the latest technology. Digital scanning is using to scan the entire environment which ensures that there is proper clearance and that all mounting points are in the correct location. POWER GAINS The most power gains will be achieved when the IE Downpipe is paired with IE matching software, air intake, and FDS intercooler. SOUND TUNING An aggressive and drone-free sound will be emitted from the IE Cast Downpipe. This should be music to your ears! Thick wall tubing and cast sections remove much of “tinny” sound emitted by cheaper, thin wall, downpipes. With downpipes, you get what you pay for in terms of sounds and overall manufacturing quality. HIGH-FLOW CATALYTIC CONVERTER IE’s performance downpipe includes a high-flow 200 cell per inch metal matrix catalyst located as close to the turbo as possible. Metal matrix catalysts are higher performance because the matrix web is thinner, allowing higher flow in the same size.
