DESCRIPTION CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW GTI, MK7.5 VW Golf R, MK7 VW GLI and 8V.2 Audi S3. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK5 R32. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our high quality silicones fit seamlessly with the OEM MAF flange allowing for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

The CTS Runner Flap Delete allows for the removal of the restrictive intake flappers from the factory intake manifold. The factory intake flappers can be a substantial restriction in modified vehicles, the CTS RFD is a must for any FSI owner that wants to minimize airflow restrictions and maximize power to the ground.

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new throttle pipe for the 8V.2 RS3/8S TTRS 2.5T EVO.  The OEM charge piping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends not optimized for performance.  The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire inside diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance.  The integrated water methanol bungs allow for simple and straightforward installation of kits from Snow Performance.  All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, power and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

CTS Turbo Blankets isolate the heat produced by your IHI IS12/IS20/IS38 turbocharger with the purpose of reducing turbo lag, cooler air intake temperatures, protecting and prolonging engine components, and giving a boost in horsepower.  In keeping the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger and away from the cool side of the turbocharger and the intake path, more oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, and thus, more power.

Forge Motorsport is proud to release the latest version of our very popular solenoid driven valve for the 2013-on VAG 1.8 TSI/TFSI engine (US codes CPKA and CPRA) and 2.0 TSI/TFSI engine (Euro code CNTA, CHHA, CHHB, CJXB, CZPA, and CJXC;US codes CPLA and CPPA) including Golf MK7 R

This valve is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which results in a boost leak. The later revision OEM valves have a longer lift but ultimately the plastic brittles and in extreme circumstances, parts of the plastic can break off. Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning fast response. It has also been proven in cars running over 600bhp!

This new valve has a very short overall installed height, which enables fitment of this atmospheric valve into the tight space between the turbo and the inlet hose from the airfilter, older larger valves and sandwich plates will not fit this engine.

We recommend servicing your valve every 3 years, or 20,000 miles, whichever comes sooner

The Forge Motorsport Turbo Blankets are designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. Designed by the Forge development team for the EA888 TSI vehicles, the Forge turbo blanket is designed to assist in the protection and prolonged life of the engine components.

The unique design will assist in reducing turbo lag and produce cooler air intake temperatures, The Forge turbo blanket will lose its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures, so once fitted it should not be routinely removed as you will likely damage the blanket.
