LEYO Cold Air Intake System for the Polo GTI (AW) guarantees greater air induction volume, colder intake air temperature and smoother air flow for superior power gain.
LEYO Cold Air Intake System was designed with the ultimate goal of maximum power gain. Made with high grade full aluminum 3’inch diameter ensuring greater, smoother air flow with minimal restrictions and effective heat dispersion. Factory MAF sensor part is used to prevent anomaly in MAF sensor reading.
LEYO R&D team also optioned for quality proven LEYO pod filter element for uncompromised filtration, performance and ease of maintenance. Specially designed airbox prevents heat soak, effectively extracting colder induction air. No fabrication required for installation, bolts straight onto factory mounting points.

High grade aluminum heat shield effectively blocks out excess heat from the engine bay while is also significantly lighter than the steel heat shields found on the market. A secondary heat shield is incorporated into the design to block excessive heat from the exhaust manifold.

LEYO - Oil Catch Can Kit V2 Black
Description:
Protect your engine by preventing excessive crankcase oil vapor entering the intake and carbon build up with LEYO Oil Catch Can Kit. Also known as blow-by, oil vapor is produced under load, spirited driving elevates oil vapor level at an incredible rate, it is then circulated back into the intake tract resulting in carbon buildup of the intake valve, trapped oil residuals in both intake tract and intercooler. Unfiltered recirculated oil vapor will not only diminish performance, but also impose devastating effect to the engine.
Filtration begins immediately as oil vapor enters the uniquely designed LEYO Oil Catch Can filtration system, allowing pressurized oil vapor to enter freely, accelerates condensation, effectively traps oil with specially designed perforated stainless steel plates before cleaner gases recirculates back into the intake tract. Leyo Motorsport Diverter Valve multi piece design is built and engineered to solve the failure issues associated with the OEM solenoid valves and their diaphragm resulting in boost leaks. It is built from 6061 Billet Aluminum with hard coated Anodized finish with an internal serviceable piston based design that provides greater reliability over the OEM as well as quicker throttle and turbo response. All components are made in-house by Japan CNC’s, inspected to 0.01mm tolerance by Japan CMM, laser etched and race proven.
Leyo Motorsport Diverter vavle has a unique and fully tested internal piston compared with other brands in order to get the maximum results in power. We are offering a stronger, more durable and reliable valve compared to the OEM unit. We do have uprated valve spring in stock that is sold separately.
