HIGH-FLOW VELOCITY STACK
Delivering cold air effectively for power takes more than just an open filter. Employing velocity stack technology like that found in professional Motorpsorts and adapting it for the 3.0T engine, efficiently channels air as quickly as possible. The velocity also functions as a solid mount for the air filter which means no intake pipes rattling or rubbing on heat shields.

A special rotomold process is used to manufacture our premium polymer 3.0T intake airbox. This method leverages complex shapes and angles to maximize internal volume for air supply and smooth flow for a true performance design. TURBO INLET UPGRADE
Adding the optional cast turbo inlet upgrade further reduces significant air restrictions while maintaining the largest size possible from the airbox to the turbocharger. The intake and turbo inlet further increases airflow from 37% (intake only) up to a combined 61% over stock! Turbo inlet pipe is an optional upgrade and can be purchased with your intake or added at a later date.

Our turbo-specific CNC-machined and o ring sealed adapters always maintain the largest size possible without introducing flow restrictions. THIS IS THE BOLT-ON STYLE PULLEY KIT. CHECK ON YOUR CAR FOR COMPATIBILITY.
CTS pulley is a smaller diameter than stock. Stock pulley size is 63.25, the CTS pulley is 57.3mm; this will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins, increasing the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.
NOTE: CTS 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade must be used with appropriate “Stage 2” performance software. Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.
Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.

CTS Turbo is proud to release our B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing. The OE plastic filter housing is quite fragile and is know to become brittle and crack over time. Each CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing is constructed in house from T6061 Aluminum. Not only does the B-Cool filter look good, but it works great. We have engineered cooling fins into our design to act as a heatsink, which dissipates heat from the engine oil.
Installation is very straight forward and only required basic hand tools:
Drain oil from filter housing, use a 36mm socket to remove the factory oil filter housing, install new filter, install new filter housing o-ring to CTS housing, reinstall on the car and tighted to 18 ft/lbs, refill engine oil. Product Details:

Included with each Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back kit: Model specific valve, Mounting screws and Spring clamps.
