We are proud to release the new our CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, MK7 Golf R, and B9 A4/A5.  As you may already know the TFSI fueling system has two separate fuel pumps, the LPFP (Low-Pressure Fuel Pump) and HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump).  While there are a number of options for HPFP available, including the Autotech HPFP, there are limited options for fortifying the low-pressure fuel system.  CTS has developed a fully integrated fueling system, which utilizes a Walbro 525LPH E85 compatible in-tank fuel pump that is capable of supporting in excess of 600HP.  If you’re looking for a fuel pump system to support all the power that your engine can handle look no further than the CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, Golf R, 8V Audi A3/S3 and MQL B9 A4/A5.

NB: please keep in mind that some modifications to your fuel pump basket is required. Some baskets differ from each other so installation should be performed by an experienced technician.

Torqbyte Controller is an optional add-on and strongly recommended when using E85 fuel and tuning.

The CTS Runner Flap Delete allows for the removal of the restrictive intake flappers from the factory intake manifold. The factory intake flappers can be a substantial restriction in modified vehicles, the CTS RFD is a must for any FSI owner that wants to minimize airflow restrictions and maximize power to the ground.

The CTS Turbo TSI Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) is designed to replace the narrow 'pancake' pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle. Our Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25" diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow. The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap. The billet anodized turbo to TOP connector, 2.25" coupler and premium clamps top this package off. The Integrated Engineering MK5/MK6 FDS intercooler system was built from the ground up to offer the ultimate in performance for your vehicle. When increasing the power output of your engine it is extremely important to ensure it has the proper cooling to match. It packs a very large intercooler core into the space available, a full 54% larger than the OEM core. This large core delivers cool air to the engine under all circumstances, increasing power and torque and simultaneously reducing heat soak.  

One of the most common failures on the 2.0T FSI engine is the factory pressure-relief valve. These valves are in place to recirculate crankcase gases into the intake manifold once they open. Although this works fine for a few thousand miles, they begin to leak over time and cause boost to go past the valve into the valve cover. This not only causes an oily mess in the engine bay from crankcase pressure, but a rough idle, fuel economy decline and boost loss. With boost pressure far below where it should be, it is common to notice significant power losses and poor drivability.
