Unfiltered recirculated oil vapor will not only diminish performance, but also impose devastating effect to the engine.

Filtration begins immediately as oil vapor enters the uniquely designed LEYO Oil Catch Can filtration system, allowing pressurized oil vapor to enter freely, accelerates condensation, effectively traps oil with specially designed perforated stainless steel plates before cleaner gases recirculates back into the intake tract. Made with T304 stainless steel and high grade aluminum ensuring rust free, leak free operation. Our in-house designed full aluminium tubing allows a less restricted path between your intercooler and turbocharger housing. When performing real time testing, our research and developers found the OEM unit was not efficient in keeping intake air traveling smoothly all the way to the Manifold. This is where Leyo Motorsport turbo charge pipes comes in. We use a heavy duty silicon hose and clamp to maintain optimal high boost flow for stage 1 to stage 3 setups in your performance vehicle with extra WMI Bung. The Leyo Motorsport turbo charge piping is larger than the OEM unit allowing for smoother performance when tuning on a dyno.

IE DSG TUNE TECHNICAL FEATURES HIGHER SHIFT POINTS Utilize the whole powerband of your turbocharged Gen 3 TSI with IS20 Turbo engine without the DSG interfering and shifting early. DRIVE MAPPING REWORKED The MQB 2.0 TSI DSG is designed to a fault to keep engine rpm extremely low in drive. We completely reworked this, creating a more enthusiast-friendly drive mapping which shifts a bit higher. This eliminates vibration and that constant feeling that you’re lugging the engine. We’ve reworked the downshifting aspect as well, making the transmission much quicker to deliver power when you need it. Thousands of miles of testing were accumulated and a variety of users were polled to come up with this improved drive mode. INCREASED CLUTCH PRESSURE Increasing the clutch pressure allows for the transmission to hold more torque without causing clutch damage or expedited wear. With the increased torque, the acceleration will be greatly increased and launches will far more aggressive. FLASHED THROUGH OBD-II PORT There’s no need to remove the TCU from the car and it can be flashed in your driveway or through an IE software dealer. Additionally, having an IE PowerLink cables means you can install updates are they become available as well as read TCU and ECU fault codes. TAKE-OFF LAG REDUCED The clutch engagement has been reworked to reduce that annoying “DSG Lag” when moving away from a stop. KICK DOWN REMOVED IN MANUAL MODE The kick down switch is disabled in manual shift mode, ensuring you stay in the gear you’ve selected, even during hard launches or over bumpy terrain FLAWLESS OPERATION WITH IE ECU TUNES The IE DSG Tune and ECU Tune were developed side by side on our in-house dynamometer.
