This recirculating catch can kit has been designed for use with the IE billet valve cover (IE part number: IEBAVC5) as a simple install solution for your billet valve cover and catch can.
IE billet valve cover sold separately.
Update the look of your ugly stock plastic valve cover to a show-ready one piece machined billet aluminum IE valve cover on your 2.0T FSI (EA113) engine!
IE billet aluminum valve covers for the 2.0T FSI EA113 (timing belt driven) engines are a direct replacement for your factory valve cover for a clean updated look over the stock plastic valve cover. Designed as a perfect solution for a show-ready look or the base for your custom catch can project.
Machined in-house from a solid block of aircraft grade aluminum for an attractive one piece design with a matching oil filler cap to finish off the look. The IE billet valve cover is machined to accept the factory valve cover gasket, so there is no worry of oil leaks.
This valve cover design completely removes the factory PCV breather setup and will require a custom catch can kit or breather setup. IE complete catch can kits for the billet valve cover are available separately for select models (located in required hardware tab). To make setting up a custom breather or catch can kit easy, this valve cover features a single -10an breather outlet providing a simple start for a variety of fittings or hose ends. The breather outlet is located above an integrated baffle system to reduce oil escaping the breather outlet. These baffles are hand welded into the valve cover, ensuring they will not fail or fall into the cylinder head.
EVAP CROSSOVER TUBE RELOCATION KIT
The factory plastic valve cover has an integrated evap line crossing through the center of the valve cover. The IE billet valve cover does not have this vacuum line running through the center, and requires The IE Evap Crossover Tube Relocation Kit. This kit includes everything needed to re-run the EVAP line hiding it away for a stealthy look. IE Part Number: IEBAVC11
CATCH CAN KIT FOR BILLET VALVE COVER
The IE billet valve cover replaces the factory breather setup for a single -10AN breather outlet requiring you to run a custom catch can kit setup. IE has taken the leg work out of piecing together a catch can kit for transverse mounted 2.0T FSI engines commonly found in VW MK6 Golf R, MK5 GTI, Jetta, GLI and Audi MK2 TT, TTS, and A3 among others. This catch can kit includes everything you need to completely install the IE billet valve cover breather system. IE Part Number: IEBACC3
*This billet valve cover will only work on early model 2.0T EA113 engines. You can verify your the correct engine if it is in the above chassis and is driven by a timing belt. If your engine is driven by a timing chain, you have an EA888 Gen1/Gen2 TSI engine and is not compatible with billet valve covers.
• Helps prevent carbon build-up
• Keep your engine running clean
• Complete kit, ready to install
• Installs under the factory engine cover
• All components are black for a sleek stealth install
• Braided stainless steel/nylon hose
A catch can is utilized to capture all of the oil fumes that are omitted from the valve cover breather, removing the faulty factory oil separator in the process. This not only removes the oil mist that is found everywhere but will greatly help reduce carbon buildup on the intake valves, a common problem on FSI engines, which relates to power loss and poor drivability. Our kit includes the necessary valve cover breather adapter to remove the separator and plumb the catch can using the two included -10AN hoses. Using our catch can kit, you are not required to remove any of the emissions systems or vent the catch can to the atmosphere, which can cause oil mist build-up in your engine bay. Our breather plate simply installs in place of the factory plastic breather plate located on top of the valve cover, while the catch can mounts to a custom bracket easily accessible on the passenger side of the vehicle.
This kit uses the Integrated Engineering billet recirculating catch can, which features our state-of-the-art baffle system to catch the oil mist and not let it pass back into the turbo inlet. This flawless catch can is fully serviceable, easily disassembling if needed. Draining the catch can is simple with the use of the included T handle drain valve, no tools necessary. This beautiful piece is finished with a bright black anodize finish, which maintains a stealthy appearance while looking great in your engine bay.
Everything you need to upgrade the PCV system on your MK5 and MK6 Golf R 2.0T FSI engine is included with this kit, with a very simple installation that takes less than an hour to install on average. This kit allows the use of the factory engine cover if desired, and the entire install is completely reversible if it ever needs to be removed for any reason.
REQUIRES FACTORY STYLE ENGINE MOUNTS
This IE catch can kit uses a secure mount on the OE engine mount bracket to secure the catch can. Many aftermarket motor mounts delete this mounting location and will require you to custom mount the catch can itself. If you are running aftermarket motor mounts, please verify if you have the mounting provision before purchasing.
Catch can kits are designed for warm weather climates only. If you live in an area with sub-freezing temperatures in winter months, extra precaution must be taken as condensation in the catch can and lines can freeze and cause pressure to build up in the crankcase. We recommend checking the contents of the catch can frequently or removing the system entirely during cold winter months. Integrated Engineering is not responsible for any damage caused by improper servicing of the catch can.

Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back has been specifically to suit the 2.0L VAG engine Unlike the standard, plastic valves that use un-reinforced diaphragms and are known to crack under increased boost, the new Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back uses O-Ring sealed piston which, coupled with it's billet aluminium construction give it over 30PSI boost handling capability. Included with each Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back kit: Model specific valve, Mounting screws and Spring clamps.
This valve is designed to fit the FSI and TSI engines of the VAG group (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda) listed below, including the 2011-2013 2.0l engine using the IHI Turbo.
Note: This will ONLY fit the 1.4 turbo engines up to early 2013, where the turbo is mounted at the front of the engine bay. It will not fit engine codes CMBA & CXSB. We designed the slots in the body to cover a large surface area, allowing for a quick release of air, resulting in a unique sounding dumpvalve.
This upgrade/replacement for your original equipment valve integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics. Using a wiring harness and solenoid, both tested for each specific application, you can confidentially fit a Forge part knowing that there will be no fault codes, check engine lights, or performance issues with the vehicle!
Another particularly unique feature of this product is the included intake manifold tap used to source a vacuum reference for the operation of the valve. This piece also has two other available provisions from which an intake manifold reference can be taken. These extra manifold references can be used for a boost gauge signal, and even a water/meth injection trigger where applicable.
The OEM valve uses a rubber diaphragm and a plastic housing. Both of these materials, but especially the rubber is prone to failure. The rubber can stiffen and go brittle due to the heat from the engine, resulting in diaphragm splitting and boost leak.
Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design, meaning the issues with the OEM can never happen with ours! To give you even more peace of mind, we made the internals of our valve serviceable. We recommend doing this every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first. However, if you don’t want to service your valve yourself you can order the kit and ship your valve back to us and we will carry out the service free of charge! Simply contact us to arrange the service!
The OEM valve internals can also fail if you have your vehicle mapped as the rubber diaphragm is not always strong enough to cope with the increased boost pressure. We build our valves with a spring matched to the original pressure of the car, but include in the kit a spring strong enough to cope with a stage one remap. If you decide to increase the power even more you can guarantee the reliability of our valve by using this spring tuning kit!
This valve was designed by our highly skilled engineers using CAD software to ensure that it will fit with every listed compatible vehicle with ease!
It is particularly well suited to the B7 and B8 chassis Audi A4 and A5 with the 2.0T engine. The valve mounting location on these vehicles is positioned particularly close to the frame rail of the chassis. Compared to competitors our valve has a much shorter overall installed height.
The OEM part numbers we have replaced with our valve include:

To prevent crankcase oil fumes from condensing and filling your turbo piping, intercooler, and intake manifold, a catch can is a must for your new MK7 EA888 GEN 3 TSI engine. A catch can works well to gather all of the oil fumes that are omitted from the valve cover breather, removing the faulty factory oil separator in the process. This not only removes the oil mist that is found everywhere but will greatly help reduce carbon buildup on the intake valves, a common problem on TSI engines, which relates to power loss and poor drivability. Our kit includes the necessary valve cover breather adapter to remove the separator and plumb the catch can using the two included -10AN hoses. Our breather plate simply installs in place of the factory plastic breather plate located on top of the valve cover, while the catch can mounts to a custom bracket easily accessible on the passenger side of the vehicle.
In order to keep the factory breather system fully functional, we have designed a billet breather plate with a complex baffle system, which works effectively to keep oil out of the lines, while still allowing the crankcase to breathe through the catch can. This plate directly replaces the PCV valve on the top side of the valve cover, with all necessary provisions for the OEM hoses that connect to it.
This kit uses the Integrated Engineering billet recirculating catch can, which features our state-of-the-art baffle system to catch the oil mist and not let it pass back into the turbo inlet. This flawless catch can is fully serviceable, easily disassembling if needed. Draining the catch can is simple with the use of the included T handle drain valve- simply unbolt the single bolt holding the can and open the valve to drain the liquid out. This beautiful piece is finished with a bright black anodize finish, which maintains a stealthy appearance while looking great in your engine bay.
Everything you need to upgrade the PCV system on your EA888 GEN 3 engine is included with this kit, with a very simple installation that takes less than an hour to install on average. This kit allows the use of the factory engine cover if desired, and the entire install is completely reversible if it ever needs to be removed for any reason.
