Fitting kit is provided to ensure perfect fitment and can be adjusted to your liking. Adjustments can be made anywhere between 5mm-20mm on each side increasing the overall width up to 40mm! Our newly developed RS3 Sportback Pre-facelift range shares the same strength, durability and technology as our popular Audi S3 and Golf R line up which is trusted by many enthusiasts. Pre-pressed brass fittings on the rear pods allow for installation of our adjustable rear pods/spats winglets (sold separately) to allow for further customisation to individual taste.

All our lip splitters are made from a thick polyethylene composite, making it the strongest product of its type on the market. Each splitter is model specific in its development and design to ensure perfect fitment. The entire production process is done is our Bayswater factory making us proudly Australian made and owned.

WHY DO YOU USE POLYETHYLENE COMPOSITE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Strong, impact-resistant, doesn't corrode or chip, and has excellent abrasion resistance (eg. scraping on driveways!)

WHAT ABOUT CARBON FIBRE?

As strong and light as carbon fibre is, it cracks on impact or when under load and/or stress. Clearcoat can eventually fade or crack, becoming undesirable.

USE OF ABS PLASTIC

Please note that although all our precision-made ABS accessories are extremely strong and durable, they do not hold the same shatterproof label as our 10mm thick polyethylene composite splitters. The accessories are manufactured in ABS with the intention that they will be lighter, bolt-on attachments that will improve aesthetics and are easily replaceable if they become damaged from varying road conditions.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our improved 8V, 8V.2/8S Audi RS3/TTRS Throttle Body Inlet Kit for DAZA and DNWA

Our high flow throttle body inlet is designed it to be larger, but also more aerodynamic than the stock part. Our inlet has a 56% internal volume increase over the stock inlet. Using the latest CAD software, the shape of the inlet tract was flow optimized and cast from aluminum for best performance. All critical parts were CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment and performance.

We have also included our machined throttle body spacer from with two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection; as well and a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe. Custom-made silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps allow for seamless, easy installation.

• Direct replacement for factory parts between the cold side of the intercooler and the throttle body
