CTS Turbo is proud to release our 187mm Dual Pulley Upgrade Kit for Supercharged 3.0T V6 engines (press-on style).
The smaller diameter supercharger pulley and larger diameter crank pulley will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not drastically increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.
This kit features press-on style supercharger pulley. Check on your vehicle before ordering!
NOTE: This kit must be used with appropriate “Stage 2+” or equivalent performance software. Please contact your tuner. Use of upgraded heat exchanger is highly recommended.

Delivering cold air effectively for power takes more than just an open filter. Employing velocity stack technology like that found in professional Motorpsorts and adapting it for the 3.0T engine, efficiently channels air as quickly as possible. The velocity also functions as a solid mount for the air filter which means no intake pipes rattling or rubbing on heat shields.
Upgrading your ECU tune, pulleys, and other power adders requires airflow beyond that of the factory intake box. IE’s intake feeds an impressive flow of air from the front of the vehicle directly to your supercharger. More cold air flow means more power, especially during the hot summer months. The multi-piece heat shield not only looks great, but it built to perform by effectively channeling cold air from the front of the car to the massive air filter. This Intake fits Audi C7 A6 & A7 3.0T V6 Supercharged engines without any modifications or hassles. The install process is simple and can be done quickly with basic tools. CTS Turbo is excited to announce the release of the B9 Audi S4/S5 3.0T TFSI charge pipe upgrade kit. Factory pipe that connects intercooler to the throttle body is made of brittle plastic. It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe.
Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi S4/S5. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.
Two water/methanol bungs provide an easy way to install injection nozzles.

A special rotational molding method is used to manufacture a robust single-piece intake with consistent wall thickness, strong corners, and superior heat resistance. The entire intake is designed as a single piece airbox to offer a seamless and complete look with an above factory quality fit and finish.
The built-in velocity stack creates a smooth transition from the large filter area to the turbo inlet. This motorsport design offers excellent laminar properties resulting in a very high inertia flow with reduced drag and power-robbing turbulence.
Our intake airbox is designed to accept our cast turbo inlet pipe to increase airflow over stock from 24% (intake only) up to 50.4% combined! Adding a turbo inlet further reduces significant air restrictions while maintaining the largest size possible from the airbox to the turbocharger.
Turbo inlet pipe is an optional upgrade and can be purchased with your intake or added at a later date.
The intake and turbo inlet combo makes upgrading to a hybrid turbo a simple bolt-in job. CNC-machined and o ring sealed adapter rings fit the stock or a variety of aftermarket turbos without hassle. The turbo inlet continually adapts to the turbo to not introduce any restrictions and maintain the largest size possible when upgrading turbos.
Hybrid turbo adapter rings are sold separately from the turbo inlet upgrade.

Multiple air supply avenues are used to guarantee airflow for any power level. High-pressure flow from the grille directly provides a ram air supply to the filter. If additional air demands are required, the intake will pull low-pressure air through the filter plate louvers as needed. The CTS Turbo 2.0T DV (DIVERTER VALVE) KIT (EA888.3) is made of billet construction and completely serviceable. Our kit is designed to work with all of the factory electronics, will not cause any check engine lights and is plug and play with no wiring extensions required. The CTS Turbo 2.0T DV (DIVERTER VALVE) KIT (EA888.3) replaces the factory plastic unit which has been prone to failure from torn diaphragms, cracked plastic, and electrical malfunctions. Our piston design ensures long life, easy installation, complete serviceability, great sound and great value. This valve is quite compact being slightly shorter than the stock unit and fits nicely even in the tight engine bays of today’s VAG cars.
