CTS Turbo is proud to release our B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit.  

CTS pulley is smaller diameter than stock. It will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output.  Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components. 

NOTE: CTS B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit must be used with appropriate "Stage 2" performance software.  
Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.  

Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK5 R32. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our high quality silicones fit seamlessly with the OEM MAF flange allowing for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

The CTS Runner Flap Delete allows for the removal of the restrictive intake flappers from the factory intake manifold. The factory intake flappers can be a substantial restriction in modified vehicles, the CTS RFD is a must for any FSI owner that wants to minimize airflow restrictions and maximize power to the ground.

The CTS Turbo TSI Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) is designed to replace the narrow 'pancake' pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle. Our Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25" diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow. The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap. The billet anodized turbo to TOP connector, 2.25" coupler and premium clamps top this package off. If you're looking for a simple bolt on modification that will optimize flow and increase power, then this part is for you.

Product Details The ECS Billet Aluminum Manifold Port Boost Tap Kit conveniently adds three boost / vacuum ports to your Gen3 engine for any of your specific needs. Located on the left side of the intake manifold within the unused side intake port, this location provides a strong pneumatic signal and allows for an installation. Through multiple design revisions and product testing, our team of engineers found that other methods of acquiring a manifold signal, such as spacing the MAP / IAT sensor on top of the intake manifold, lead to skewed data being transmitted to the ECU. We found that intake air temperatures were reading lower (15-20° F at WOT), ignition timing was off (as much as -5°) and air /fuel ratio was richer (+1.0 point by 5,000 RPM). This directly translated into engine power dropping by as much as 6 WHP on an untuned vehicle! You can be certain that all critical data is not affected and your engine's ECU has all of its valuable information to properly adjust timing and fuel with our leading edge design! Engineered specifically for the Gen3 engine, we designed our Manifold Port Boost Tap with 3 ports, so you have multiple options to provide the strongest manifold signal to either your boost gauge, blow off valve, water meth switch or any other pneumatic device. This is a CTS Turbo universal 3.5″ cone filter, it has a tapered design primarily used in our MK7 GTI/GOLF R, B9 AUDI A4, B8/B8.5 S4, S5  intake kits.  These filters can also be used in a custom big turbo application.
