CTS TURBO TSI K04 UPGRADE KIT TURBO OUTLET PIPE
This Turbo Outlet Pipe is designed to fit our CTS TSI K04 kit and replaces the narrow ‘pancake’ pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle.This Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25″ diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow.The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap.This pipe is designed to the CTS Turbo K04 kits but it may work for other K04 kits (other kits fitment not guaranteed).Product Details:

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK5 R32. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our high quality silicones fit seamlessly with the OEM MAF flange allowing for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. IE PCV SOLUTION KIT FOR 2.0T FSI ENGINES - IEBAVC17
One of the most common failures on the 2.0T FSI engine is the factory pressure-relief valve. These valves are in place to recirculate crankcase gases into the intake manifold once they open. Although this works fine for a few thousand miles, they begin to leak over time and cause boost to go past the valve into the valve cover. This not only causes an oily mess in the engine bay from crankcase pressure, but a rough idle, fuel economy decline and boost loss. With boost pressure far below where it should be, it is common to notice significant power losses and poor drivability.
