Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of restrictive factory catalytic converter. Manufactured from cast T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back-purged to ensure years of reliable performance.

In addition to unleashing the power and performance of your 3.0T, the CTS B9 S4/S5 3.0T EA839 high flow cat will make your vehicle sound like an S-car really should. When installed with factory exhaust it produces a sporty growl with much more pronounced exhaust “crackle” on downshift. While up-shifting you will enjoy a confident “braappp!” as you bang through all 8 gears. The sound will be even louder if you already have an aftermarket exhaust system.

This harness is designed to be used for vehicles that have a factory fitted MQB radio and wish to install a VW RCD330/RCD340 Radio. Simply plug in this harness directly into the back of your RCD330G headunit, followed by your vehicles factory quadlock. VW has encountered a problem with the FSI camshaft and cam follower that could lead to damage to your engine's cylinder head.

This small part can play quite a big role in your engine's well-being. It conveys the movement of your camshaft into power for the high pressure fuel pump by riding directly on the camshaft lobe.

 If it becomes worn to the point of breaking it can cause permanent damage to the camshaft, fuel pump, or both. It could also send metal particles into your cylinder head which can cause damage to moving parts. Without replacement, it is common for followers to have holes worn through them.

Replacing this follower as a form of preventative maintenance can save you from spending even more money and time replacing your fuel pump or camshaft from damage caused by a worn follower.
