A. Yes, an internet connection is required whilst using the OBDeleven device. We recommend having good reception and a strong signal to ensure a stable connection with their servers.

Q. Will any changes I do to my vehicle with OBDeleven have any effect on my factory vehicle warranty?
A. Any form of modification may impact your warranty. VW Central will not take any responsibility for damage caused by using the OBDeleven device.

A. The OBDeleven App is available on both the Apple App Store or for Android Users on the Google Play Store.

Without our confirmation, VW Central will not accept a return due to a particular feature being unavailable. VW Central warranty and support for OBDeleven is only for the hardware itself. VW Central will not accept a return for change of mind if the item has been opened, activated or had the licenses/credits used. VW Central will only cover hardware defects, the item will need to be returned to us for testing.

RETURN POLICY
VW Central PTY. LTD. will accept returns for unused products within 14 days from the time that the order was placed. If a product is returned within 14 days of the original purchase date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. Any returns made outside the 14 day return policy time frame may qualify for a VW Central in store credit refund only (Note: Non-stocked items are NOT returnable after 14 days).
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The standard warranty policy is 12 months from the delivery date unless otherwise stated. VW Central PTY. LTD. will only warranty manufacturer related defects NOT related to installer error, modification, improper use or vehicle failure.
All warranty claims will be resolved at the discretion of VW Central. VW Central should be notified first of all claims in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
