We are proud to release the new our CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, MK7 Golf R, and B9 A4/A5.  As you may already know the TFSI fueling system has two separate fuel pumps, the LPFP (Low-Pressure Fuel Pump) and HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump).  While there are a number of options for HPFP available, including the Autotech HPFP, there are limited options for fortifying the low-pressure fuel system.  CTS has developed a fully integrated fueling system, which utilizes a Walbro 525LPH E85 compatible in-tank fuel pump that is capable of supporting in excess of 600HP.  If you’re looking for a fuel pump system to support all the power that your engine can handle look no further than the CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, Golf R, 8V Audi A3/S3 and MQL B9 A4/A5.

NB: please keep in mind that some modifications to your fuel pump basket is required. Some baskets differ from each other so installation should be performed by an experienced technician.

Torqbyte Controller is an optional add-on and strongly recommended when using E85 fuel and tuning.

CTS Turbo is proud to offer our upgraded turbo inlet hose for the MK7+ VW and 8V Audi MQB vehicles.  The factory turbo inlet hose is corrugated with internal ridges that disrupt air flow.  Not only do they reduce air flow, but the plastic can become weak over time causing leaks and reduced performance.

The CTS Turbo turbo inlet hose is constructed from 5-ply silicone that will not collapse, even under heavy load. This is MUCH stronger than other inlet hoses offered by different companies. Collapsing intake hose can cause turbo to fail!!

The CTS Turbo inlet hose allows for smooth uninterrupted flow and more air pumping through your engine!

Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. The CTS Runner Flap Delete allows for the removal of the restrictive intake flappers from the factory intake manifold.
