PLEASE NOTE: This product does not include the silicone as per the image. It is expected that you use the silicone that came included with your K04 Upgrade Kit. 

CTS Turbo is proud to release our B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing.  The OE plastic filter housing is quite fragile and is know to become brittle and crack over time.  Each CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing is constructed in house from T6061 Aluminum.  Not only does the B-Cool filter look good, but it works great.  We have engineered cooling fins into our design to act as a heatsink, which dissipates heat from the engine oil.

Installation is very straight forward and only required basic hand tools:

Drain oil from filter housing, use a 36mm socket to remove the factory oil filter housing, install new filter, install new filter housing o-ring to CTS housing, reinstall on the car and tighted to 18 ft/lbs, refill engine oil.

The CTS B-Cool Billet fits Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda models with EA113 2.0T FSI engines, 2.5L 5-cylinder engines and 2.5T 5-cylinder turbo engines.

This part replaces the OE part# 06D 115 408B and 07K 115 408.

The accessories are manufactured in ABS with the intention that they will be lighter, bolt-on attachments that will improve aesthetics and are easily replaceable if they become damaged from varying road conditions.

The CTS Turbo TSI Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) is designed to replace the narrow 'pancake' pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle. Our Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25" diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow. The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap. The billet anodized turbo to TOP connector, 2.25" coupler and premium clamps top this package off. Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. With proper tuning and supporting mods, this turbo will support 350HP/360TQ!
