Upgrading your IE 5" velocity stack intake with our harsh climate filter kit will further keep your engine safe when traveling on dirt roads, sandy beaches, or anywhere with dusty contaminants in the air. 

KIT DETAILS

This complete filter kit uses a 3 step approach to combat harsh climates. The filter has been increased from a 6 pleat construction to 8 pleats to increase cotton density. The cotton pleats are then treated with a penetrating filter oil to further catch and trap particulates. As a final measure, a pre-filter sock adds a final layer of protection over the filter. Together, these 3 barriers offer superior filtration for your intake system over our standard performance air filter.

• 1X IE oiled 8 pleat density performance 5" filter
• 1X IE pre-filter intake sock
• 1X Air filter worm clamp 

RECHARGING

As the air filter does its job of effectively catching more particulates, eventually it will have to be cleaned and maintained. We recommend washing your cotton filter in water with a little Dawn dish soap, rinsing thoroughly, and allowing it to completely air dry. To replace the oil, any off-the-shelf filter oil kit from your local auto parts supply chain can be used. Do not over-oil the filter, a little goes a long way.

The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design CNC constructed from T6 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized to reduce wear.

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise.  By removing the restriction you gain 6-7HP and improve the throttle response!

Our kit installs in 30 minutes with hand tools, fits perfectly and looks great.

For those of you that want optimal power and boost response, the CTS Turbo Gen3 TSI Turbo Muffler Delete is your answer.

The torque arm is inherently soft due to the high compliance rubber bushing design and was built for comfort and not responsiveness or feel. Whiteline's torque arm mount bushing is built to handle the demands of high torque and power output engines by limiting the amount of movement the engine and drivetrain will place upon the pitch stop. Leyo Motorsport Diverter Valve multi piece design is built and engineered to solve the failure issues associated with the OEM solenoid valves and their diaphragm resulting in boost leaks. It is built from 6061 Billet Aluminum with hard coated Anodized finish with an internal serviceable piston based design that provides greater reliability over the OEM as well as quicker throttle and turbo response. All components are made in-house by Japan CNC’s, inspected to 0.01mm tolerance by Japan CMM, laser etched and race proven.

Leyo Motorsport Diverter vavle has a unique and fully tested internal piston compared with other brands in order to get the maximum results in power. We are offering a stronger, more durable and reliable valve compared to the OEM unit. We do have uprated valve spring in stock that is sold separately.
