Product Details The ECS Billet Aluminum Manifold Port Boost Tap Kit conveniently adds three boost / vacuum ports to your Gen3 engine for any of your specific needs. Located on the left side of the intake manifold within the unused side intake port, this location provides a strong pneumatic signal and allows for an installation. Through multiple design revisions and product testing, our team of engineers found that other methods of acquiring a manifold signal, such as spacing the MAP / IAT sensor on top of the intake manifold, lead to skewed data being transmitted to the ECU. We found that intake air temperatures were reading lower (15-20° F at WOT), ignition timing was off (as much as -5°) and air /fuel ratio was richer (+1.0 point by 5,000 RPM). This directly translated into engine power dropping by as much as 6 WHP on an untuned vehicle! The Forge Motorsport Turbo Blankets are designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. Designed by the Forge development team for the EA888 TSI vehicles, the Forge turbo blanket is designed to assist in the protection and prolonged life of the engine components.

The unique design will assist in reducing turbo lag and produce cooler air intake temperatures, The Forge turbo blanket will lose its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures, so once fitted it should not be routinely removed as you will likely damage the blanket.

Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path. More oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, therefore giving more power. This product also fits the vehicles with the following turbochargers:

This high-performance hybrid turbo was designed by CTS engineers to fulfill the demand from customers who desire a direct-bolt-on turbo for their existing IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbocharger. Instead of trying to stuff a CHRA from a Mitsubishi into a factory housing; we re-designed and cast our proprietary STAINLESS STEEL exhaust housing to accommodate a larger turbine wheel. The compressor cover was also custom made and profiled to accept a very popular TD06 Billet compressor wheel, this ensures the turbocharger can reliably handle 30+ PSI. We upgraded the CHRA to a dual-ball bearing which is made from heat-resistant ceramic. Finally,  we finished the assembly by balancing it on a VSR high-speed balancer.

This is a brand new turbocharger; no core or long wait times are required. Simply swap over your actuator and turbo outlet fitting for installation. Software tuning is required and it is available from most tuners.

Each splitter is developed to become an integral part of your stock body kit, giving it unrivalled rigidity and strength so it can absorb scrapes and protect your bumper. WHY DO YOU USE POLYETHYLENE COMPOSITE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS? Strong, impact-resistant, doesn't corrode or chip, and has excellent abrasion resistance (eg. scraping on driveways!) WHAT ABOUT CARBON FIBRE? As strong and light as carbon fibre is, it cracks on impact or when under load and/or stress. Clearcoat will eventually fade or crack, becoming undesirable. USE OF ABS PLASTIC Please note that although all our precision-made ABS accessories are extremely strong and durable, they do not hold the same shatterproof label as our 10mm thick polyethylene composite splitters. The accessories are manufactured in ABS with the intention that they will be lighter, bolt-on attachments that will improve aesthetics and are easily replaceable if they become damaged from varying road conditions.

Soft factory bushings whilst they do a good job of not transmitting engine vibration, they do create vague and unresponsiveness in the vehicles drive train. Under hard acceleration, the engine and transmission rotates, Whiteline's synthetic elastomer torque arm inserts work in conjunction with the OE rubber bushing giving your car better throttle response as well as more crisp and defined gear shifts. Suits both Automatic or manual transmissions .

Not many enthusiasts are aware that OE and more importantly aftermarket sway bar effectiveness can be hindered by worn or inadequate mounts, drop links and lateral stoppers. Whiteline adjustable sway bar links are engineered to be up to the task with top spec, light weight componentry combined with a window of adjustability, eliminating sway bar preload on installation but most importantly ensuring the maximum output of the sway bar for improved grip and better handling.
