Why is our splitter so strong?
Our secret is in the cross bar studs. 4 stainless steel studs matched with coupling nuts are bolted directly into the lower OEM crossbar. This allows the splitter to attach directly onto a solid metal section of the vehicle whilst also supporting the front bumper.
When installed correctly, the studs reinforces the splitter from the inside, making this splitter an integral part of the vehicle. This achieves higher tensile load giving it unrivalled rigidity and strength taking on scrapes whilst protecting your bumper. Provisions for transmission and brake cooling have also been taken into consideration.
Pre-assembled aerospacers are bolted down perpendicularly to create a brace that reinforces the splitter and spreads the load from impacts as evenly across the surface, it also allows the splitter to follow the contour of the bumper keeping it flat and level.
Not including the hardware that holds all the components together the splitter alone is made up of 5 induvial parts, all designed and developed in Melbourne.
By purchasing this splitter, the pre-pressed in threaded brass inserts will now accept all our add-on accessories for the MK7.5 R such as winglets and splitter extensions.
CNC engraved logo and features, hand polish and packed all in Melbourne's outer east.

The Forge Motorsport Turbo Blankets are designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. Designed by the Forge development team for the EA888 TSI vehicles, the Forge turbo blanket is designed to assist in the protection and prolonged life of the engine components.

The unique design will assist in reducing turbo lag and produce cooler air intake temperatures, The Forge turbo blanket will lose its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures, so once fitted it should not be routinely removed as you will likely damage the blanket.
Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path. More oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, therefore giving more power. This product also fits the vehicles with the following turbochargers:
