At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK5 R32. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our high quality silicones fit seamlessly with the OEM MAF flange allowing for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

This quickshifter, once installed, will allow you to shorten the movement of your gear shift in order to obtain the optimum shifting times required for performance driving . You can personally customise the throw to suit your own preference due to an infinitely adjustable pivot mechanism. This wide range of adjustment should allow for adjustment from stock to a 40% decrease in shifter throw. Click on the 'fitting guide' tab above, for detailed instructions. This unit will fit all VAG 6 speed gear boxes as found in the 'compatible vehicles' tab above. (Please note: this does not fit the Skoda Fabia/VW Polo/Seat Ibiza/1.9 diesel applications) This product is supplied with two sizes of pin and one ball fitment, to ensure that it will match the various possible cables found on these vehicles. Please note: To ensure that this product functions correctly and does not stress associated components, it is essential that the linkage cables are re-adjusted after the installation of this product, as per the fitting instructions. The CTS Runner Flap Delete allows for the removal of the restrictive intake flappers from the factory intake manifold. The factory intake flappers can be a substantial restriction in modified vehicles, the CTS RFD is a must for any FSI owner that wants to minimize airflow restrictions and maximize power to the ground.

The air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our 2.75″ air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15WHP. By using a factory MAF position, you can be sure that fuel trims will remain perfect.

All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

This intake kit is designed to be compatible with our FSI EA113 BOSS kits; intake pipe features 2x 1/8″ bungs and 1x 1/2″ bung for easy installation of BOSS kits. Plugs are included.
