IE DSG TUNE TECHNICAL FEATURES HIGHER SHIFT POINTS Utilize the whole powerband of your turbocharged Gen 3 TSI with IS20 Turbo engine without the DSG interfering and shifting early. DRIVE MAPPING REWORKED The MQB 2.0 TSI DSG is designed to a fault to keep engine rpm extremely low in drive. We completely reworked this, creating a more enthusiast-friendly drive mapping which shifts a bit higher. This eliminates vibration and that constant feeling that you’re lugging the engine. We’ve reworked the downshifting aspect as well, making the transmission much quicker to deliver power when you need it. Thousands of miles of testing were accumulated and a variety of users were polled to come up with this improved drive mode. INCREASED CLUTCH PRESSURE Increasing the clutch pressure allows for the transmission to hold more torque without causing clutch damage or expedited wear. With the increased torque, the acceleration will be greatly increased and launches will far more aggressive. FLASHED THROUGH OBD-II PORT There’s no need to remove the TCU from the car and it can be flashed in your driveway or through an IE software dealer. Additionally, having an IE PowerLink cables means you can install updates are they become available as well as read TCU and ECU fault codes. TAKE-OFF LAG REDUCED The clutch engagement has been reworked to reduce that annoying “DSG Lag” when moving away from a stop. KICK DOWN REMOVED IN MANUAL MODE The kick down switch is disabled in manual shift mode, ensuring you stay in the gear you’ve selected, even during hard launches or over bumpy terrain FLAWLESS OPERATION WITH IE ECU TUNES The IE DSG Tune and ECU Tune were developed side by side on our in-house dynamometer. Installation is simple, and to make things even easier, we have pre-drilled all our parts so there is no guesswork for you. We've implemented visual prompts in our design so you know exactly where the splitter is meant to line up with the OEM side skirt.

The pre-installed brass thread is hidden from sight and will accept our adjustable side winglets which are sold separately as a bolt-on accessory to suit our side splitter. 

By purchasing this splitter, the pre-pressed in threaded brass inserts will now accept MK7.5 Golf R adjustable side winglets (sold separately).

Our goal was to create a kit that is discreet and stable without the use of any exposed hardware, it also must be easy to assemble, install and be flat-packable. 

Flow-Lock interlocking integral assembly system allows assembly of the diffuser fins without the need for tools or fasteners. With a simple "push and click" action, the kit is assembled and ready for installation.

No ugly L-brackets, no additional exposed hardware and no double-sided tape.
The final installation is a matter of bolts and nuts, it is also possible to install on the ground. A lot of research and development has been put in to ensure you have a strong and reliable product that is easy to install also pleasing the eye.

The rear valance and diffuser fins will clear the Volkswagen MK7.5 Golf R dual exhaust tips and rear bumper removal is not necessary for installation of the diffuser. 10 year warranty applies for the rear valance (excludes ABS fins).

Rear spats are sold separately.
