Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back has been specifically to suit the 2.0L VAG engine Unlike the standard, plastic valves that use un-reinforced diaphragms and are known to crack under increased boost, the new Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back uses O-Ring sealed piston which, coupled with it's billet aluminium construction give it over 30PSI boost handling capability. Included with each Kompact VAG V2 Plumb Back kit: Model specific valve, Mounting screws and Spring clamps.

These new Kompact Dual Ports offer an alternative to the existing Kompact Plumb Backs for the below cars, for owners who want the sound of a Dual Port BOV, but do not require the heavier-duty performance of the larger and higher priced Type 5.
The Kompact is suited to owners of otherwise stock or mildly modified vehicles, seeking the improved performance of an Turbosmart BOV with that classic vent-to-atmosphere sound.
The existing Kompact Plumb Back for these applications is ideal for those who prefer the quieter operation of a recirculating BOV, while the Type 5 is ideal for more highly modified cars running increased boost levels.
The VAG Type 5 Smart Port Diverter Valve features innovative new drive-by-wire friendly staging technology. This eliminates compressor surge at both low throttle and high engine load while smoothly integrating with factory engine mapping. Why are our splitters so strong?
When installed, the splitter becomes an integral part of the bumper giving it unrivalled rigidity and strength so it can take on scrapes whilst protecting your bumper.Pre-assembled aerospacers are bolted down perpendicularly to create a brace that reinforces the splitter and spreads the load from impacts as evenly as possible across the surface, it also allows the splitter to follow contour bumper to keep it flat and level.
The pre-installed brass thread on each side is hidden and will accept our adjustable front winglets and extensions, create your own style with our bolt-on accessories which are sold separately.

Installation is simple, and to make things even easier, we have pre-drilled all our parts so there is no guesswork for you.
We also have designed visual prompts so you know exactly where the splitter is meant to sit in relevance to the OEM side skirt.The pre-installed brass thread is hidden from sight and will accept our adjustable side winglets which are sold separately as a bolt-on accessory to suit our side splitter. Flow Designs - MK6 Golf R Flow-Lock Rear Diffuser
Details:
Our goal was to create a kit that is discreet and stable without the use of any exposed hardware, it also must be easy to assemble, install and be flat-packable.
Flow-Lock interlocking integral assembly system allows assembly of the diffuser fins without the need for tools or fasteners. With a simple "push and click" action, the kit is assembled and ready for installation.
No ugly “L-Brackets” no additional exposed hardware and no double-sided tape.
The final installation is only a matter of bolts and nuts, it is also possible to install on the ground.A lot of thought has been put in to ensure you have a strong and reliable product that is easy to install also pleasing the eye.
