This is a direct replacement for Part Number 06H 131 111. - It will fit EA888 Gen 3 engine with IHI Turbo IS20 IS38

On a 2.0L Porsche Macan, this muffler delete gave an additional 10bhp during dyno tests.

Forge has developed this turbo outlet muffler delete pipe for the 1.8 and 2.0 petrol turbo (TSI) (EA888 engine). It has been designed with 3 points of contact to eliminate any possibility of resonation. This part will improve the sound of your turbo spooling and improve response due to its sleek single billet design that eliminates the restriction and turbulence caused by the OEM part.

The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The Forge Motorsport Turbo Blankets are designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. Designed by the Forge development team for the EA888 TSI vehicles, the Forge turbo blanket is designed to assist in the protection and prolonged life of the engine components.

The unique design will assist in reducing turbo lag and produce cooler air intake temperatures, The Forge turbo blanket will lose its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures, so once fitted it should not be routinely removed as you will likely damage the blanket.

Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path. More oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, therefore giving more power. This product also fits the vehicles with the following turbochargers:

This high-performance hybrid turbo was designed by CTS engineers to fulfill the demand from customers who desire a direct-bolt-on turbo for their existing IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbocharger. Instead of trying to stuff a CHRA from a Mitsubishi into a factory housing; we re-designed and cast our proprietary STAINLESS STEEL exhaust housing to accommodate a larger turbine wheel. The compressor cover was also custom made and profiled to accept a very popular TD06 Billet compressor wheel, this ensures the turbocharger can reliably handle 30+ PSI. We upgraded the CHRA to a dual-ball bearing which is made from heat-resistant ceramic. Finally,  we finished the assembly by balancing it on a VSR high-speed balancer.

This is a brand new turbocharger; no core or long wait times are required. Simply swap over your actuator and turbo outlet fitting for installation. Software tuning is required and it is available from most tuners.

The Forge Motorsport high flow intake hose for the MQB platform 2.0 engines, eliminates the highly restrictive plastic inlet pipe, and replaces it with our smooth bore multi-ply silicone hose which increases air flow, improving efficiency and performance. This equates to increases of up to 10hp which is a remarkable gain for an easy to fit bolt on modification.

The high flow male alloy coupler is a bayonet type, rotated to the locked position before fixing in place by positioning the hose on the alloy coupler and tightening the hose clamps at both ends of the hose, anchoring the alloy coupler in position to complete the installation.

The Forge silicone hose in this kit has been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) but more importantly for this application, air containing oil mist. The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically.The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.

The CTS Turbo Atmospheric BOV KIT (EA888.3) replaces the factory plastic unit which has been prone to failure from torn diaphragms, cracked plastic, and electrical malfunctions. Our piston design ensures long life, easy installation, complete serviceability, great sound and great value. This valve is quite compact being slightly shorter than the stock unit and fits nicely even in the tight engine bays of today’s VAG cars.
