At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the Audi 3.0T and 3.2L FSI engines.  The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our single piece CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 5-8HP.  All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

CTS Turbo is proud to release our B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit.  

CTS pulley is smaller diameter than stock. It will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output.  Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components. 

NOTE: CTS B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit must be used with appropriate "Stage 2" performance software.  
Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.  

Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. We are pleased to present the cold air intake system for 'RoW' Market MK7 Golf 1.4TSI with EA211 engine. 

The CTS intake system is constructed from T6061 aircraft grade aluminum and offers superior heat disipation, improved airflow and cooler intake temperatures. 

The CTS air box connects seamlessly to the factory air inlet drawing cool air from outside of the engine bay, while deflecting radiant heat from the engine bay. 

Improving airflow and reducing intake temperatures increases power, and fuel economy, while reducing spool up time. The turbo and the diverter valve sounds become a lot more noticeable and make the car more fun to drive!

This 90 degree silicon hose is the hose we use in our Audi A3, MK5 GTI, MK6 GTI/Golf R, Jetta and Beetle FMIC kits, if you need one we have replacements.

DESCRIPTION CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW GTI, MK7.5 VW Golf R, MK7 VW GLI and 8V.2 Audi S3. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler.
