OVERVIEW
This plug and play harness kit is required for IE TrueFlex ECU Tunes for VW and Audi MQB Gen 3 engines. This includes everything necessary for the flex-fuel sensor to send real-time data from your fuel system to the ECU and adjust for any content mix from 91 pump to full E85 automatically.

CARBON FIBER - MORE THAN STYLE POINTS
In order to maximize airflow, a large internal volume is required to support the necessary amount of flow for the engine. HIGH-FLOW VELOCITY STACK
By incorporating a professional motorsport style velocity stack into the airbox design, airflow is channeled from the large internal airbox volume into the turbocharger as quickly as possible. The bellmouth shape creates a very high inertia flow from the massive filter with very low drag or power-robbing turbulence.
MULTIPLE PRESSURE ZONES
Engineered to support any power level, the intake takes advantage of multiple air supply avenues. The front large air inlet receives outside high-pressure flow from the front of the grille and acts as a ram air design for the majority of the air supply. Additionally, the bottom plate louvers pull extra required air as needed from the low-pressure zone under the intake. These dual zones provide an unrestricted supply of air across the entire filter and ensure your intake will never be a power limiter for even the most extreme builds.
PRECISION FIT
To ensure a perfect fit, 3D scanning tools are used to create a digital duplicate of the vehicle's engine bay, grille, bumper, and hood. This provides an incredibly high-resolution environment to reverse engineer and prototype the intake design. DESCRIPTION
CTS Turbo is proud to release our 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade for the Gen 2 3.0T, commonly found in late 2016-2018 B8.5 Audi S4/S5 as well as A6, A7, Q5, SQ5 and Q7
THIS IS THE BOLT-ON STYLE PULLEY KIT. CHECK ON YOUR CAR FOR COMPATIBILITY.
CTS pulley is a smaller diameter than stock. Stock pulley size is 63.25, the CTS pulley is 57.3mm; this will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins, increasing the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.
NOTE: CTS 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade must be used with appropriate “Stage 2” performance software.
Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.

Increasing your engine's power output often comes with modifications that require more RPMs to get the most out of it, such as larger turbochargers, tuned intake manifolds, and high-output software tunes. Putting performance first, the ram air design, velocity stack, 3.5″ inlet pipe, and massive 5-inch filter all function to deliver the most power possible from an intake system. This Intake design delivers a massive flow increase over the stock air box, resulting in over 10 horsepower and torque over stock and far exceeds this on hybrid or large turbo setups.
MODULAR DESIGN
At the base of our intake is an alloy heat shield that spans the entire front of the car for maximum fresh air flow, seals off hot engine bay air, and securely holds the velocity stack and air filter. The modular design allows for an optional carbon fiber lid to be installed further sealing off the intake from radiant engine heat and provides a high-end gloss carbon finish to your engine bay.
PERFECT FITMENT & APPEARANCE
IE engineers utilize cutting edge 3D scanners and specialized software to create a digital model of the engine bay. This digital environment ensures the intake clears and fits exactly like a factory-installed unit. Rapid printed prototypes are then used to ensure fitment in actual vehicles before moving onto production. The result is an intake that provides a hassle-free install with angles and curves that not only look at home in your engine bay, but elevates the style completely.
FULLY INCLUSIVE KIT
Everything needed to install your new IE intake is included without having to make any trips to the hardware store or purchase additional add-on kits. Included is our stealth coolant line, which completely hides under the intake and out of view. This protects the coolant line from interfering or rubbing on anything that may lead to future coolant leaks. For vehicles equipped with secondary air injection (SAI) the IE intake is equipped to connect to the factory line without having to purchase an additional kit. Don’t have SAI? No worries, a plug is also included.
