Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. We designed our system to work in conjunction with the OEM air scoop to seamlessly force cold air into the air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow 6″ velocity stack air filter for maximum engine performance.

Our single-piece proprietary moulded silicone couplers allows for smooth entry of air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 10-12HP on a stock car.
All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Turbo spool up and diverter valve release are a lot louder!

CTS Turbo is excited to announce the release of the B9 Audi S4/S5 3.0T TFSI charge pipe upgrade kit. Factory pipe that connects intercooler to the throttle body is made of brittle plastic. It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe.

Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi S4/S5. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.

Two water/methanol bungs provide an easy way to install injection nozzles.

CTS TURBO 8V.2 RS3/ 8S TTRS 2.5T EVO TURBO OUTLET PIPE

CTS Turbo is proud to release our 187mm Dual Pulley Upgrade Kit for Supercharged 3.0T V6 engines (press-on style).

The smaller diameter supercharger pulley and larger diameter crank pulley will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output.  Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not drastically increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.

This kit features press-on style supercharger pulley. Check on your vehicle before ordering!

NOTE: This kit must be used with appropriate “Stage 2+” or equivalent performance software. Please contact your tuner. Use of upgraded heat exchanger is highly recommended.

The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology.

The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure the engine has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity!

The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design CNC constructed from T6 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized to reduce wear.

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise.  By removing the restriction you gain 6-7HP and improve the throttle response!

Our kit installs in 30 minutes with hand tools, fits perfectly and looks great.
