WHAT DOES THE AUDI 2.0T ECU TUNE DO?

The Integrated Engineering MK5/MK6 FDS intercooler system was built from the ground up to offer the ultimate in performance for your vehicle. When increasing the power output of your engine it is extremely important to ensure it has the proper cooling to match. It packs a very large intercooler core into the space available, a full 54% larger than the OEM core. This large core delivers cool air to the engine under all circumstances, increasing power and torque and simultaneously reducing heat soak.
When you begin modifying your VW MK7/Audi MK3 Golf R, GTI, A3, or S3 it will become necessary to upgrade the intercooler. Once upgrades such as ECU tuning, exhaust systems, and turbo upgrades are introduced, intake air temperatures begin to rise, resulting in massive power loss.
This charge pipe upgrade Kit for 2.0T and 1.8T MK7/8V TSI engines includes two quality silicone intercooler inlet/outlet hoses and four high-strength band clamps for a direct installation. These hoses are a direct replacement for both IE FDS V2 Intercoolers and the stock factory equipped intercooler. Your new charge pipes feature a flow maximized design with no restrictions for optimized airflow.
Manufactured from multi-ply reinforced silicone for long-life and reliability against expansion or stretching under extreme boost pressures from upgraded turbos and tunes. The ends are molded with a inner flat edge that creates a stop for a perfect and easy no-fuss install and increased reliability against hoses popping off or leaking.
