The IE DSG Tune for the MK6 2.0T TSI has been carefully set up to make the car way more fun to drive. It completely reworks the shift point mapping in both drive and sport. The transmission will no longer lug the engine in drive mode. Clutch clamping forces are increased so the transmission can safely handle much more power. Shifts are much, much faster taking time directly off the 0-60 and ¼ mile times. ONE TUNE FOR ALL STAGES IE’s TCU/DSG tune is all-inclusive and does not offer expensive upgrades. That’s right, there are no unnecessary upgrade charges and all features are included from the outset. A great deal of sportiness is added from the tune while maintaining factory smoothness and driveability. More aggressive launches and faster shifts are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Also, expect acceleration and 0-60 times to improve from faster shifting. DSG tune requires a matching ECU Tune, do not install on stock ECU tunes. DRIVE MAPPING REWORKED The MK6 2.0 TSI DSG is designed to a fault to keep engine rpm extremely low in drive. We completely reworked this, creating a more enthusiast-friendly drive mapping which shifts a bit higher. This eliminates vibration and that constant feeling that you’re lugging the engine. We’ve reworked the downshifting aspect as well, making the transmission much quicker to deliver power when you need it. Thousands of miles of testing were accumulated and a variety of users were polled to come up with this improved drive mode. INCREASED CLUTCH PRESSURE Increasing the clutch pressure allows for the transmission to hold more torque without causing clutch damage or expedited wear. With the increased torque, the acceleration will be greatly increased and launches will far more aggressive. FLASHED THROUGH OBD-II PORT There’s no need to remove the TCU from the car and it can be flashed in your driveway or through an IE software dealer. Additionally, having an IE PowerLink cables means you can install updates are they become available as well as read TCU and ECU fault codes. TAKE-OFF LAG REDUCED The clutch engagement has been reworked to reduce that annoying “DSG Lag” when moving away from a stop.       DESCRIPTION

      CTS Turbo is proud to release our 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade for the Gen 2 3.0T, commonly found in late 2016-2018 B8.5 Audi S4/S5 as well as A6, A7, Q5, SQ5 and Q7

      THIS IS THE BOLT-ON STYLE PULLEY KIT. CHECK ON YOUR CAR FOR COMPATIBILITY.

      CTS pulley is a smaller diameter than stock. Stock pulley size is 63.25, the CTS pulley is 57.3mm; this will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins, increasing the boost pressure output.  Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.

      NOTE: CTS 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade must be used with appropriate “Stage 2” performance software.
      Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.

      Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.

      Eliminate unnecessary play in your shifter with these billet shift cable end bushings. These two piece bushings are CNC machined in-house from 6061 aircraft aluminum with a special bronze inner bushing. They directly replace the rubber factory cable bushings that deteriorate over time causing excessive play in the shifter. When the factory bushings are worn out, shifts become less precise, causing you to miss shifts. Not only will you be missing shifts but, by not fully engaging gears in the transmission, you can even strip the teeth right off the gears. Includes a total of four bushings.

      STOCK DOWNPIPES ROB HORSEPOWER

      Your 2.5T engine is capable of supercar level horsepower on the stock engine and turbo reliably with a Stage 2 Tune alone! However, the factory installed downpipe is designed for maximum emissions and economy, not for power. This design is riddled with small piping, harsh bends, and power sucking restrictions that limit your power gains to only Stage 1 Tune levels. In order to correct that, a true performance downpipe is required to open up the exhaust flow and allow the turbo to spin freely!

      MAXIMUM FLOW DOWNPIPE

      IE engineers set out to design the ultimate downpipe option for the 8V RS3 and 8S TTRS chassis by employing leading-edge development technology along with highly specialized cast manufacturing. By using cast sections this allowed our engineers to design specialized shapes into the downpipe itself that lets it conform and fit into very tight spaces while retaining it's large size and maximized flow rates. The design is so specialized that 3D scanning was used to build a digital model of the chassis to design in allowing us to build shapes down to the millimeter. This design is just not possible using traditional stainless steel pipes and bends found in most exhaust manufacturing.

      Bolting this downpipe onto your Audi along with other matching bolt-ons and an IE STage 2 Tune results in up to 577 horsepower! You can take your RS3 or TTRS from a sporty driver to a power monster in a single weekend. Downpipe requires Stage 2 Tune for a complete installation.

      Your RS 2.5 TFSI engine has an amazing 5 cylinder sound that all enthusiasts love. Unfortunately, much of that sound is muffled by the factory downpipe system. The cast design of your IE downpipe creates an aggressive and deep tuned sound that showcases the unique rumble from the 5 cylinder turbo engine and transforms it into an all-out howling beast!

      This downpipe holds the seal of IE quality and has been manufactured to last as long as you own the vehicle and beyond. Constructed from 304 stainless steel and expertly tig welded for incredible reliability. The cast and CNC machined turbo flange is thick to prevent leaks or warping at the turbo while a quality flex section works to allow normal movement between the chassis and engine without adding strain to the downpipe.

      IE's Y-Pipe Adapter Kit (sold separately) is used to adapt your IE Downpipe to a stock catback exhaust section. This high quality stainless steel cast adapter is a complete kit that will make installing our downpiep to your stock exhaust painless and easy! This part is not required if you are installing an IE Catback System. 

        

      BOLT-ON INSTALLATION

      This downpipe kit bolts-on directly to either an IE Catback or stock catback (with adapter) with no permanent modifications or alterations to the vehicle. The removal of the factory downpipe is a very long process and is only recommended to be performed by a professional. DIY is not recommended for most on this product.

      BOLT-ON INSTALLATION:

      The IE downpipe replaces the majority of the factory exhaust from the turbocharger all the way back to the factory rear exhaust just before the axles. The 16mm turbo flange bolts to the stock or a K04 turbocharger. The downpipe section includes a new mount bracket and utilizes the factory mount points along with a tough interlock core flex section, this allows engine and chassis movement without stressing or cracking your downpipe. Easily connect the downpipe and catted mid-pipe using the simple and strong v-band connection. Finally, the mid pipe mounts to the stock rear exhaust with the included 3" to 60mm slip-fit sleeve, or easily adapt it to your cat-back exhaust of choice.       Using specialized 3D scanners and software, IE engineers can design odd shapes and sizes to maximize flow and conform into tight spaces without any sacrifices.
