CTS Turbo is proud to announce an official release of our new K04 Upgrade for 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Engines. Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine. With proper tuning and supporting mods, this turbo will support 350HP/360TQ! DESCRIPTION CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW GTI, MK7.5 VW Golf R, MK7 VW GLI and 8V.2 Audi S3. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. The air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our 2.75″ air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15WHP. By using a factory MAF position, you can be sure that fuel trims will remain perfect.

All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

This intake kit is designed to be compatible with our FSI EA113 BOSS kits; intake pipe features 2x 1/8″ bungs and 1x 1/2″ bung for easy installation of BOSS kits. Plugs are included.
