This product requires professional installation. It is not a plug-and-play accessory. Integration can vary depending on the vehicle, screen size and factory MIB setup.
Complimentary installation: VIC, QLD and WA only
Once your order is placed, our team will be in touch to arrange installation with your closest partner workshop. Installation is carried out at the workshop location and is not a mobile service.
All other states
Customers outside VIC, QLD and WA arranging their own installation should ensure a qualified auto electrician or workshop experienced with Volkswagen MIB systems is engaged prior to ordering. Installation guidance, remote support and assistance is not provided for self-installed units.
Warranty
This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
All warranty claims require:
- A written description of the fault or defect
- A diagnosis report or job card from a professional workshop confirming the issue

You are welcome to purchase the product and arrange your own installation through a qualified workshop. Installation guidance, remote support and assistance is not provided for self-installed units.
