We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo Stainless Steel 3″ downpipe with high-flow catalytic converter for the MK6/MK7 Jetta 1.4TSI and MK7 MQB Golf 1.4TSI with EA211 Gen1 and Gen2 engines.
Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”. The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing. Highlights of our downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow.

CTS Turbo is proud to release our B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit.
CTS pulley is smaller diameter than stock. It will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.
NOTE: CTS B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit must be used with appropriate "Stage 2" performance software.
Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to achieve maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while safely optimizing air fuel ratios, timing, and boost pressure bleed off.
Most Stage 2+ software tunes are compatible with this kit.

This Turbo Outlet Pipe is designed to fit our CTS TSI K04 kit and replaces the narrow ‘pancake’ pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle.
This Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25″ diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow.
The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap.
This pipe is designed to the CTS Turbo K04 kits but it may work for other K04 kits (other kits fitment not guaranteed).

The OEM intercooler delivers underwhelming performance, this platform benefits greatly from an intercooler upgrade. Vehicles at stock boost levels, and especially on tuned cars will all see a large improvement over the factory equipped hardware.
This giant intercooler core is 42% larger than stock and meets our extensive quality control and pressure testing (up to 50psi). Cast aluminum end tanks attach to factory hoses seamlessly to ensure a boost-leak free fit that results in increased horsepower and torque.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes.
We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound.
