WHAT DOES THE IE AUDI B9 ECU TUNE DO?

Your ECU (Engine Control Module) is a computer loaded with maps to control the operating conditions of your Audi 2.0T engine. The factory calibration is designed to function with stock installed hardware, meet new car regulated standards, and de-powered to not compete with higher performance models. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new throttle pipe for the 8V.2 RS3/8S TTRS 2.5T EVO.  The OEM charge piping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends not optimized for performance.  The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire inside diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance.  The integrated water methanol bungs allow for simple and straightforward installation of kits from Snow Performance.  All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, power and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

Forge Motorsport is proud to release the latest version of our very popular solenoid driven valve for the 2013-on VAG 1.8 TSI/TFSI engine (US codes CPKA and CPRA) and 2.0 TSI/TFSI engine (Euro code CNTA, CHHA, CHHB, CJXB, CZPA, and CJXC;US codes CPLA and CPPA) including Golf MK7 R

This valve is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which results in a boost leak. The later revision OEM valves have a longer lift but ultimately the plastic brittles and in extreme circumstances, parts of the plastic can break off. Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning fast response. It has also been proven in cars running over 600bhp!

This new valve has a very short overall installed height, which enables fitment of this atmospheric valve into the tight space between the turbo and the inlet hose from the airfilter, older larger valves and sandwich plates will not fit this engine.

We recommend servicing your valve every 3 years, or 20,000 miles, whichever comes sooner

The Forge Motorsport Turbo Blankets are designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. Designed by the Forge development team for the EA888 TSI vehicles, the Forge turbo blanket is designed to assist in the protection and prolonged life of the engine components.

The unique design will assist in reducing turbo lag and produce cooler air intake temperatures, The Forge turbo blanket will lose its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures, so once fitted it should not be routinely removed as you will likely damage the blanket.

Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path. More oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, therefore giving more power. This product also fits the vehicles with the following turbochargers:

The Forge Motorsport high flow intake hose for the MQB platform 2.0 engines, eliminates the highly restrictive plastic inlet pipe, and replaces it with our smooth bore multi-ply silicone hose which increases air flow, improving efficiency and performance. This equates to increases of up to 10hp which is a remarkable gain for an easy to fit bolt on modification.

The high flow male alloy coupler is a bayonet type, rotated to the locked position before fixing in place by positioning the hose on the alloy coupler and tightening the hose clamps at both ends of the hose, anchoring the alloy coupler in position to complete the installation.

The Forge silicone hose in this kit has been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) but more importantly for this application, air containing oil mist. The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically.The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.
