This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new throttle pipe for the 8V.2 RS3/8S TTRS 2.5T EVO.  The OEM charge piping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends not optimized for performance.  The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire inside diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance.  The integrated water methanol bungs allow for simple and straightforward installation of kits from Snow Performance.  All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, power and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

CTS Turbo is proud to release our 2.0T DV (DIVERTER VALVE) KIT for EA888.3 equipped vehicles.  The CTS Turbo 2.0T DV (DIVERTER VALVE) KIT (EA888.3) is made of billet construction and completely serviceable.  Our kit is designed to work with all of the factory electronics, will not cause any check engine lights and is plug and play with no wiring extensions required.  The CTS Turbo 2.0T DV (DIVERTER VALVE) KIT (EA888.3) replaces the factory plastic unit which has been prone to failure from torn diaphragms, cracked plastic, and electrical malfunctions.  Our piston design ensures long life, easy installation, complete serviceability, great sound and great value.  This valve is quite compact being slightly shorter than the stock unit and fits nicely even in the tight engine bays of today’s VAG cars.

CTS Turbo is proud to offer our upgraded turbo inlet hose for the MK7+ VW and 8V Audi MQB vehicles.  The factory turbo inlet hose is corrugated with internal ridges that disrupt air flow.  Not only do they reduce air flow, but the plastic can become weak over time causing leaks and reduced performance.

The CTS Turbo turbo inlet hose is constructed from 5-ply silicone that will not collapse, even under heavy load. This is MUCH stronger than other inlet hoses offered by different companies. Collapsing intake hose can cause turbo to fail!!
