Featuring a new 3.5" turbo inlet pipe and heat shield that spans the entire length of the radiator inlet to support massive power gains from even large turbo and hybrid setups. New modular design allows the intake to be ran as a cost-friendly open filter intake, or upgraded with a high-gloss carbon fiber assembly further reducing hot engine bay air and adding a high-quality style to your engine bay.

HOW TO IE TUNE YOUR 2.0T (IS38)
IE ECU Stages for your VW Golf R or Audi S3 2.0T IS38 Turbo (MQB) engine is available for stock engines or with modified hardware for Stage 2. Read below to determine the best stage for your build!
In order to flash your vehicle, you will need an IE POWERlink Direct-port Flash Tool (sold separately) and a Windows 7+ powered laptop. Already own an IE POWERlink cable? Contact us to purchase upgrade credits, there is no fee to upgrade tunes and you only pay the difference in tune cost.

WHAT DOES THE AUDI 2.0T ECU TUNE DO?
Adding an IE Performance ECU Tune to your Golf R packs a serious punch both in performance gains and in additional features resulting in extremely competitive power that will give you the edge on the street or track. IE’s in-house calibration engineers have taken several steps to ensure you a smooth and safe operation by maintaining factory safety limits, or “fail safes”, resulting in reliability. As a final step, the software has been calibrated in test environments that ensure smooth operation in all types of climates and elevations.
AVAILABLE MK7/8V IS38 TUNES
Stage 1 is precisely calibrated to make the most of your stock hardware. Power gains are delivered smoothly across the entire powerband and many performance features have been added. Enthusiasts will have the choice between 91 & 93 fuel octanes and the ability to flash back to stock within minutes. As another added benefit, your IE Stage 1 Tune has been designed to adapt to minor bolt-on modifications, such as an intercooler or intake. Low torque and high torque files are available.

EASY INSTALL TO YOUR STOCK EXHAUST
IE's Y-Pipe Adapter Kit is used to adapt either your IE Downpipe to a stock catback or your IE Catback to a stock downpipe. If you are using either of our exhaust components with a stock counterpart, this Y-Pipe Kit includes everything needed to make it an easy bolt-on solution.
CAST CONSTRUCTION
Using specialized 3D scanners and software, IE engineers can design odd shapes and sizes to maximize flow and conform into tight spaces without any sacrifices. These shapes can not be manufactured reliably from traditional piping, so we use a high quality stainless steel casting to realize the design. This makes for an incredibly high quality part that will not restrict power and will create a perfect fit every time.

OVERVIEW
This plug and play harness kit is required for IE TrueFlex ECU Tunes for VW and Audi MQB Gen 3 engines. This includes everything necessary for the flex-fuel sensor to send real-time data from your fuel system to the ECU and adjust for any content mix from 91 pump to full E85 automatically.

INSTALLATION
This harness kit is fully assembled to proper lengths and includes everything needed to install in a clean and factory-like install. Disconnecting and cutting of factory soft fuel lines is required and should be completed with great care or by a professional.

This charge pipe upgrade Kit for 2.0T and 1.8T MK7/8V TSI engines includes two quality silicone intercooler inlet/outlet hoses and four high-strength band clamps for a direct installation. These hoses are a direct replacement for both IE FDS V2 Intercoolers and the stock factory equipped intercooler. Your new charge pipes feature a flow maximized design with no restrictions for optimized airflow.
Manufactured from multi-ply reinforced silicone for long-life and reliability against expansion or stretching under extreme boost pressures from upgraded turbos and tunes. The ends are molded with a inner flat edge that creates a stop for a perfect and easy no-fuss install and increased reliability against hoses popping off or leaking.

A special rotomold process is used to manufacture our premium polymer 3.0T intake airbox. This method leverages complex shapes and angles to maximize internal volume for air supply and smooth flow for a true performance design. This molding style also produces consistent wall thickness, strong corners, and superior heat resistance for a cost-friendly intake without compromises.
The entire intake is designed as a single-piece airbox to offer a seamless and complete look with an above factory quality fit and finish.
Our motorsport-designed velocity stack creates a smooth transition from the large filter area to the turbo inlet with excellent laminar properties. This uniquely engineered detail produces a high inertia flow with reduced drag and power-robbing turbulence.
Adding the optional cast turbo inlet upgrade further reduces significant air restrictions while maintaining the largest size possible from the airbox to the turbocharger. The intake and turbo inlet further increases airflow from 37% (intake only) up to a combined 61% over stock!
Turbo inlet pipe is an optional upgrade and can be purchased with your intake or added at a later date.
The intake and turbo inlet designs offer a straightforward and bolt-in job of available hybrid turbo upgrades. Our turbo-specific CNC-machined and o ring sealed adapters always maintain the largest size possible without introducing flow restrictions. Upgrading to a TTE or Pure Turbo hybrid is easy, simple, and hassle-free.
Hybrid turbo adapter rings are sold separately from the turbo inlet upgrade.

IE’s multi-zone intake design delivers all the performance benefits of an open-filter intake while maintaining protection from hot engine bay air from under the hood. A constant ram air supply is forced in from the grille inlet, while any additional air demands are supplied from the low-pressure zone through the filter plate louvers. This dual-zone approach ensures airflow demands for any power level, even the most extreme builds.

The air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our 2.75″ air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15WHP. By using a factory MAF position, you can be sure that fuel trims will remain perfect.
All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

We designed our system to work in conjunction with the OEM air scoop to seamlessly force cold air into the air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow 6″ velocity stack air filter for maximum engine performance.
Our single-piece proprietary moulded silicone couplers allows for smooth entry of air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 10-12HP on a stock car.
All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Turbo spool up and diverter valve release are a lot louder!
