At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the 2.5T EVO MK3 TTRS & 8V.2 RS3 (facelift) 2018 model year.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design and 4″ Velocity stack for maximum engine breathing.  Our single-piece CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 6-11HP.  All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

The coupler included is only compatible with the factory turbo inlet pipe. 4″ coupler for CTS Turbo inlet pipe is available separately.

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the VW MK7 & MK7.5 Golf/GTI, MK7 & MK7.5 Golf R and facelift Audi A3/S3 is ready! This is the largest intake available, and it is excellent for tuned vehicles that require the extra air flow. 

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our 3.5" high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our 3.5" CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

Peak power gains range from 10-15HP on an otherwise stock vehicle. We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology.

The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure the engine has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity!

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new throttle pipe for the 8V.2 RS3/8S TTRS 2.5T EVO.  The OEM charge piping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends not optimized for performance.  The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire inside diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance.  The integrated water methanol bungs allow for simple and straightforward installation of kits from Snow Performance.  All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, power and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

CTS Turbo is excited to announce the release of the B9 Audi S4/S5 3.0T TFSI charge pipe upgrade kit. Factory pipe that connects intercooler to the throttle body is made of brittle plastic. It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe.

Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi S4/S5. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.

Two water/methanol bungs provide an easy way to install injection nozzles.
