CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes.
We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound.

The OEM intercooler delivers underwhelming performance, this platform benefits greatly from an intercooler upgrade. Vehicles at stock boost levels, and especially on tuned cars will all see a large improvement over the factory equipped hardware.
This giant intercooler core is 42% larger than stock and meets our extensive quality control and pressure testing (up to 50psi). Cast aluminum end tanks attach to factory hoses seamlessly to ensure a boost-leak free fit that results in increased horsepower and torque.
Stock FMIC size: 6.3 tall x 25.3 wide x 3.2 thick = 510.05 in3
CTS FMIC size: 10.4 tall x 24 wide x 3.5 thick = 873.60 in3

A set of four boost hoses and air box coupler hose for the Audi RS3 and Audi TTRS - Please note the airbox hose (centre of the kit image) does not fit the DNWA and DAZA engine codes. This hose kit includes the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses (two largest hoses seen in the kit image), throttle body hose located at feed into alloy inlet manifold elbow (straight reducer seen in the kit image), and turbo outlet hose (two smallest hoses in the kit image, one being an alternative for the facelift 8V models).
The Forge silicone hoses in this kit are Fluorosilicone lined to prevent oil vapour penetration throughout the inner hose wall. Fluorosilicone lining also renders the kit suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants or Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.).
The use of a Fluorosilicone lining ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.
This durable Forge Motorsport silicone hose kit has been designed to withstand pressures experienced in both tuned and remapped Audi RS3 and TTRS engines, long outlasting the original hoses. The OEM charge piping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends not optimized for performance. The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire inside diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance. The integrated water methanol bungs allow for simple and straightforward installation of kits from Snow Performance. All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, power and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.
