  1. CTS Turbo 8V.2 RS3 FL / 8S TTRS 2.5T EVO Intake (2018+)

    At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the 2.5T EVO MK3 TTRS & 8V.2 RS3 (facelift) 2018 model year.

    The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design and 4″ Velocity stack for maximum engine breathing.  Our single-piece CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 6-11HP.  All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

    The coupler included is only compatible with the factory turbo inlet pipe. 4″ coupler for CTS Turbo inlet pipe is available separately.

  3. CTS Turbo Facelift 8V RS3 and 8S TTRS 2.5T EVO Catless Downpipe

    CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound.     CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Direct fit FMIC for the 8V RS3/TTRS 2.5T EVO.

    The OEM intercooler delivers underwhelming performance, this platform benefits greatly from an intercooler upgrade. Vehicles at stock boost levels, and especially on tuned cars will all see a large improvement over the factory equipped hardware. 

    This giant intercooler core is 42% larger than stock and meets our extensive quality control and pressure testing (up to 50psi). Cast aluminum end tanks attach to factory hoses seamlessly to ensure a boost-leak free fit that results in increased horsepower and torque.

    Stock FMIC size: 6.3 tall x 25.3 wide x 3.2 thick = 510.05 in3

    CTS FMIC size: 10.4 tall x 24 wide x 3.5 thick = 873.60 in3
